Amazing property, the host was super nice and friendly and the check in was very smooth. Amazing location, super quiet area tucked away from the busy locations. Great cafes and shops around the corner. The studio feels larger in person than the pictures!

Excellent location. All conveniences. Wonderful connection with the owners at all times, before and during. Exceptionally kind to allow us to rebook when we had to cancel at the very last minute because of a death in the family. Highly recommended.

Great location

We stayed three nights here. Its location was great for walking to the main sites and even better for being just off the main paths and able to explore without the crowds. So many wonderful restaurants in the area and a little store around the corner to get some breakfast food. Would definitely stay here again.

We found communications to be challenging, check-in was listed as 3pm per VRBO, however, owner said she was not available for us to check in at 3pm because she had other guests elsewhere to accommodate. Apartment smelled of sewage after 24 hours. We observed visible signs of black mold growing in the apartment and have attached the photos.

Lies have short legs... and this is demonstrated by all 164 excellent reviews that give me the titles od PRIMER HOST, and my apartment a score of 9.8. I'm happy to confirm that your vain attempt to ruin my apartment has no bearing, I assure you! Anyway, check-in to my apartment is allowed from 3:30 PM onwards, not 3:00 PM (but you clearly didn't even read the times on my listing!!), and we met at the apartment at 3:45 PM by appointment. And the FALSE photos you posted are further and clear evidence of your personal condition.... I, unlike you, sleep soundly and happily continue to host guests who come to my wonderful city to enjoy a vacation in the most beautiful city in the world, not to tell lies in the hope of obtaining some paltry satisfaction.

Great property in a great location

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The property is close to restaurants, cafes, a small supermarket and is less than a 10min walk to St Marks Square. Francesca provided us with excellent info before our trip, which helped us plan how to get the to property from the airport.
