From the garden you have direct access to the beach and the new lakeside promenade, as well as the picturesque harbor.
Guests have access to the entire property, the villa has parking for up to 3 cars, a beautiful garden with direct lake access.

The villa consists of a large living room, separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the necessary utensils. The sleeping area has three bedrooms: three double beds, a double sofa bed and a double bed. Finally, there are two new bathrooms with shower and a service bathroom.

Very nice house with a stunning view on the lake. The location is great because it is in a quieter part of the Garda Lake, while being close to many points of interest. The house manager, Marianna was very responsive, welcoming and helpful.

Tolles, grosszügiges Haus mit Seesicht

Das Haus lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Die Seesicht ist unbezahlbar, der Garten sehr gross und gut abgesichert, so dass sich unser Hund frei bewegen konnte. Die Lage ist top. 2 Restaurants hat es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schade war einzig, dass der Whirlpool nicht funktioniert hat. Ebenfalls war kein Toaster und keine Kaffeemaschine auffindbar. Sonst ist das Haus sehr gut und praktisch eingerichtet, empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Top Villa mit fantastischem Blick auf den Gardasee

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 1 Hund) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa genossen. Das Haus biete ausreichend Platz, der vollständig eingezäunte Garten war perfekt für unseren Hund. Von der Terrasse hat man einen malerischen Blick auf den See, die Villa liegt in direkter Seelage, man hört das tolle Wellenrauschen. In direkter Umgebung gibt es 2 Restaurants, die zu Hotels gehören und 1 Restaurant direkt am Hafen. Weitere Möglichkeiten befinden sich dann direkt im Zentrum von Felice del Benaco (zu Fuß 15-20min). Einkaufen und Strecken in benachbarte Orte haben wir mit dem Auto erledigt. San Felice ist sehr ruhig, hat eher etwas von einem Villenviertel, ist sehr sauber und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt! Gern wieder :)

Traumhafte Lage direkt am See

Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen, einem Kind (1 Jahr) und zwei Hunden eine Woche in dem Haus am See. Der Garten ist voll umzäunt und daher bestens geeignet um Hunde frei laufen zu lassen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es gute Restaurants und eine Strandbar mit Café und Bistro. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreicht. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

Super Haus

Sehr schönes, großzügiges Haus. Wir waren 7 Leute und 2 Hunde, perfekter Garten für Hunde zum frei laufen (vollständig eingezäunt). Schlafzimmer und Bäder sehr schön, Küche schon etwas älter aber trotzdem absolut ausreichend. Lage perfekt, direkt am See. Bar und sehr gutes Restaurant gleich nebenan. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt :)

Tolle Lage am Gardasee; guter Erholungsfaktor, abgewohnte Küche

Insgesamt haben wir unserer Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Leider war das House-keeping in Punkto Sauberkeit nicht sehr gründlich. Insgesamt fanden wir das Haus am Tage der Ankunft in einem sehr Unsauberen Zustand vor. Staubschichten in den Kleiderschränken, der Boden nicht einmal Besenrein (es gibt keinen Staubsauger), Küchenschränke und Küchenschubladen mit Krümmeln und Staub. Die Küche ist insgesamt schon sehr abgewohnt; Holzblende an der Spülmaschiene war lose und ist abgefallen; Kühlschranktür schließt nicht mehr richtig, demnach starke Eisbildung an der Rückwand. Gleichzeitige Inbetriebnahme des Backofens und/oder Kochplatte mit der Klimaanlage ist nicht möglich. Sofort fliegt die Sicherung raus. Die Sanitäranlagen im EG funktionieren einwandfrei. Großes Bad ist recht neu und gut ausgestattet. Internetverbindung über den vorhanden Router (mit SIM-Card)ist sehr mangelhaft. Wer beruflich darauf angewiesen ist oder music-streaming möchte ist aufgeschmissen. Internetverbindung war eigentlich nur früh morgens bis 8.00 Uhr einwandfrei vorhanden. Facility-Manager Fabrizio war stets gut erreichbar und kümmerte sich um alle Anliegen zeitnah. Die untere Wohnung hat eher einen Kellerflair (stockiger Kellergeruch) reicht aber wenn man die Hauptzeit dort zum Schlafen verbringt. Vorhandener Gasgrill tut was er soll; für ausreichend Gasvorrat ist gesorgt.
