Completing the accommodation is a first floor sitting room, a ground floor dining room and a kitchen and utility. Outside is a rear patio garden with secure storage for bicycles,and a permit is provided for first come, first served roadside parking. 10 Palace Street East is in a fantastic location with a number of nearby attractions. Note: Children over the age of 8 only.

really enjoyed our stay in Berwick. I should rename the house Iona to Tenerife as the weather was Mediterranean. The house is fantastic, great location .Really comfortable bed , slept like a log. Sampled the local restaurants, Limoncello, Foxtons and Magna Indian my tops.. Never knew Berwick had such historical buildings and walls a stones throw from house. Definitely recommend Iona house to anyone looking for holiday in Berwick

Home from home
This is a fantastic holiday property and has everything you could need. The house is really comfortable and cosy and perfectly situated to explore Berwick. Parking is easy and although the house is only a few minutes walk from the town centre, the surrounding area is very quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Bathroom with bath, electric shower over, hand-held shower, basin and WC, ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Utility room which leads into a passageway with its own door leading out into the street and at the opposite end, a door leading into a small enclosed yard with a large, lockable shed. Dining room. First floor sitting room.
