Great location and perfect for a family. It's set up for families with small children and infants with a kids room and crib and playset outback. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee. I would recommend this home for your trip to Charlevoix.

Great location!! The house is so cute, clean, cozy, and in walking distance of downtown Charlevoix! It was very family friendly and added to our wonderful family vacation. We were able to walk everywhere and didn't have to worry about parking. We even were able to walk to the gorcery store, Olsens, for anything we needed. Hot tub was very clean. Definitely recommend and will stay there again!!

While we had some minor issues with the property, I have been in communication with the owner/manager and I feel very confident that he will address these minor issues in a timely manner. That would make this property a five star plus!! The property is very convenient to everything in town. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking just about anything. The hot tub is huge and immaculately clean.

Loved our stay in Charlevoix at Andrew’s property! Walking distance to restaurants, downtown shopping, the City marina and amphitheater, library, Lake Michigan beaches, lighthouse and ice cream! Our grand children loved the play yard under the huge shade trees, great entertainment when you’re done for the day! Easy check-in/out process, house amenities and super nice host. The home was perfect for our family - great location, amenities and host. Easy walk to town for restaurants and shopping, and close to skiing. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space to spread out, washer and dryer, kids really enjoyed the hot tub!
