Location, location, location! This light, bright condo on the coveted, top floor has it all!

The condo is located in the very popular and well maintained Amelia by the Sea complex. It is a gated complex both from street and beachside. Being located on the top floor, the views go on for miles! The elevator offers easy access to the top floor. As soon as you walk into the condo, your eyes are drawn to the beautiful ocean views! The condo overlooks the pool and fishing pier.

This beautiful condo has Wifi, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

The well stocked kitchen is complete with everything necessary to prepare your meals and enjoy the views! There is also a breakfast bar area with stools for the kids to grab a quick snack or early breakfast.

Everything is open plan, so from the kitchen you look directly into the living/dining area. The dining table has seating for six. There are two folding chairs available, just in case you need them for extra seating.

The living area is spacious and comfortable with a large sectional sofa, chair and benches for plenty of seating. The large screen TV/DVD is on the opposite wall. This is a perfect spot to relax and unwind!

The ocean front master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony. There is a queen air mattress bed in the master closet for your use if needed. The master en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and small vanity.

The other two bedrooms are on the west side of the condo. The second bedroom has one queen bed and a TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. The second bathroom is next to these two bedrooms and has a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy a magnificent sunrise or delightful evening breezes out on the balcony! One never gets tired of the spectacular views!

The grounds of Amelia by the Sea are beautifully maintained. The pool, tennis courts, and fishing pier set this apart from any other complex on the island!

The swimming pool located oceanside is one of the largest pools on the island. Whether you are lounging or sunning by the pool, you can still enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean!

As an added bonus, there is a private fishing pier which is exclusively for the use of guests staying at Amelia by the Sea. No license is required to fish from the pier. So, bring your gear and enjoy trying to catch a big one!

There is a gated walkway to the beach from the pool area giving you access to one of the most beautiful and sought after beaches in North America. To the north side of the pool area, there are several barbeques for your use as well as seating for relaxing. On the west side of the condo, there are two newly resurfaced tennis courts for all you tennis players!

We are sure you will love staying at our condo! It's easy to fall in love with Amelia Island, and we hope it will become your favorite destination!

This condo is fully stocked and conveniently located on the island, less than 10 minutes from anywhere. The private fishing pier is a huge plus. The complex is quiet and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our 1 week stay, 3 generation came together, relaxed by the beach, enjoyed walking and reading on beach, watching sunrises. Friendly people. Apartment was very comfortable for 5,enjoyed cooking meals. Also had nice dinners at Espana, Bar Zin and lunch on the porch at Elizabeth Pointe. Will definitely be back with our husbands and pets.

The perfect family vacation spot

We had such a wonderful trip. The owner, Lee, was great with communication leading up to our vacation and was quickly responsive over text when we had a question. Right on the beach, with a stunning view. The sunrise view with coffee each morning was like something out of a magazine! The rental was spotless, and the building itself is well maintained. We hope to return!

Lee was great and we loved this condo! We had plenty of space for everyone. Had a wonderful week on Amelia! Only downside was the pier being closed for repairs, but we still enjoyed ourselves!

Wonderful place!

Very comfortable and well set up. These owners know what they are doing! Sipped coffee and watched the sun rise every morning on the balcony. Great way to start a day. We hosted a dinner for friends. The place was perfect. We were there for the Amelia Island Concourse de’Elegance. Our car took 2nd in class! What a great weekend!

Our group of five ladies just returned from an amazing trip to Amelia Island. The condo is beautifully decorated! The outdoor deck furniture is extremely comfortable, kitchen well equipped, bedding very comfortable. Absolutely nothing but positive things to say about this rental! The gated community is well cared for in a nice, quiet area of the island. Beaches are wide and gorgeous. Rhonda always responded quickly with any questions during our trip planning. Highly recommend!

Great location with beautiful views, nice size rooms and balcony, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beddings. Property description indicates recently renovated which we didn’t find accurate. Also, wasn't given the beach gate code and wasn't told it changed on the 15th. Fortunately, another family provided it for us.

There were five of us and we had plenty of space. The view is great and it is right over the pool if that interests anyone. We were on the top floor and there were no noise factors. The owner was very gracious and allowed us to park a third car at her apartment off site. The pier was a plus but the fish were not cooperating while we were there. We had family in other units and I would definitely recommend this unit over them.

I think asking that we take sheets off the bed and start washing one load and filling the dishwasher and starting that etc is a little much for the renter who is paying to stay there is a little to much to ask. There was dishwashing detergent available but not laundry detergent. That should at least be available if asked to do those things in order to receive the deposit back.

The condo is nice and very clean. Kitchen well appointed. We had a problem with seating. There is only a couch and it's not the one pictured. That left only the dining room table chairs. A couple chairs in the living room would make the condo that much more comfortable. My elderly mother was with us and there was no comfortable chair for her in the living room area. The couch was low and hard for her to manage. A chair is pictured in the ad but wasn't there. The beds are comfortable and the washer/dryer was an added bonus. There are plenty of towels which are very nice. The balcony has nice chairs and a table. They were the best seats!! The view is spectacular.

This condo was so well equipped! You don't often find a rental that actually has more than advertised, but this one does! The beds were very comfortable, the view was stunning, and the private pier was exceptional! We enjoyed Fort Clinch and a cruise around Cumberland Island. Lots of outdoor activities!
