Maui Sunset and the demand for more condos...also have LONGTERM RENTALS 6 months (from 2000/mo plus utilities=2400/month non oceanfront, or w/ oceanview: average3300/month and some allow pets(inquire). I have superhost status. I have been hosting guests for 9 years now, many 4 and 5 star reviews on other listings, please read them or ask for vrbo number listings links thank you!
