Grange Farm Holiday Cottage – Spacious Family-Friendly Retreat Near Whitby

Welcome to Grange Farm, a beautifully preserved mid-19th century Yorkshire stone farmhouse in the peaceful village of High Hawsker, perfectly located between Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay. Designed for family gatherings and multi-generational groups, our charming cottage comfortably sleeps 4 to 10 guests.

Spacious & Flexible Accommodation
Grange Farm offers four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:

Two Family Bedrooms: One with a double bed and bunk beds, the other with a king-size bed and bunk beds (top bunks not suitable for children under 6). Both overlook the garden.
Two Twin Bedrooms: Each with two single beds.
Bathrooms: A family bathroom with shower over bath, a separate WC, and an attic bathroom with bath and separate shower ensure plenty of facilities for everyone.

Living Spaces to Relax & Connect
Two Sitting Rooms:
One with vaulted ceilings, large leather sofas, and a music system.
The second with a TV, DVD player, and a cozy space to unwind.
Dining Room: A welcoming room with a log burner, perfect for family meals (logs available locally).
Conservatory: A bright and spacious sunroom with corner sofas, children's furniture, and toys, leading to a fenced south-facing garden with patio furniture.
Kitchen & Utility: Fully equipped with a gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and more.

Two travel cots, two highchairs, and a stairgate.
