Fall-winter weeks and weekends available!

Sandy Cove, full 8 bedroom house. 8 bedrooms sleeps 16+. The layout of the house makes it easy to share with multiple families. The back area off the kitchen has a full bath, 2 queen bedrooms and a pass through bedroom with a set of bunks and a full size sofa bed. Upstairs has a full bath, 3 queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. The last queen bedroom is in the main level. All rooms air conditioned and have ceiling fans. Big kitchen, 2 refrigerators, dining area, family room. Large deck and fenced in yard. 4 minute walk to the beach and a 3 minute walk to the main strip and amusement park. Close to all the action, but still away from the crowds! Wifi included!!!!
This is a family/pet friendly house and we are not looking to rent to High School graduates looking for a place to get together before going off to college.
Also has beach chairs, bikes, beach wagon, umbrellas. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels. Pillows and blankets are provided. Light housekeeping is also required at the end of your stay. Although we do sanitize the house between renters, we do ask that you leave the house clean. Cleaning supplies are also provided.
Well behaved pets are welcomed. They should be on vacation too!!
Please let up know if you are planning to bring pets.

This is a great house in a great area. The bouse is spacious, well-appointed and has a large dining area. There is a small front porch, a big outdoor patio and a screened porch with comfy seating. It is a short walk to the pier, the beach and downtown. OOB is a neat town and the house is conviently located. We had a great time here.

The location was amazing. We were a very short walk to the beach/pier. The house was clean and spacious. Enough room for multiple families. We had great weather and spent most of our time at the house on the deck. A great place to gather for meals and games.

We were in for a family wedding. The location was perfect. The house was the right size for us all. Allowed cousins and our kids to have their separate areas but then a great dining area (inside and out) to get together for meals.

We stayed with a group of 10 ladies recently for a "reunion" of sorts and as the questions rolled in - they were always answered promptly and easy to understand. Super easy to get to. Plenty of parking and had everything we needed.

Great Gathering Place

We are 3 generations of family and friends who camp together every July for a week but because of distance we don’t get to see our friends the rest of the year so this place is the perfect meetup place for all of us. Some coming from near Bangor Maine and the rest of us from MA. The layout is perfect for us with the Gens 1&2 downstairs and the younger adults upstairs. There are great long dining tables where we can all gather to eat and play games

Best Family Beach Vacation Ever!

Mike, the owner, has a beautiful property that is so well maintained. It has the feeling of a home. It is comfortable and 100% accommodates a big family. wonderful vacation

highly recommend this house! we had a wonderful time, the house is beautiful, great communication with the owner, so close to the beach we walked down there daily. we went grocery shopping when we first got there, and then never got back in our car. everything is within walking distance-but we never heard anything from the strip. i recommend Lisa's pizza for pizza and fried dough!! the house is huge! we had 17 people, 3 dogs, and a baby there and you wouldn't even know it! we all had plenty of room and plenty of privacy. the private, fenced in backyard is great-the kids and dogs could run around and we didn't worry about them. had a lot of family evenings out there by the fire. 2 gas grills that we used alot. great view of the fireworks too (every Thursday night). the house is beautifully decorated inside, and clean. everything we needed was there, from the pots and pans to the beach chairs and bikes. i cannot say enough nice things about it, this house helped make our family vacation wonderful. we're already talking about going back (you put in a pool and we'll book it now lol). thanks so much for letting us rent your house

Bachelorette weekend

Experience from start to finish was great! We were close to the beach and restaurants and there was plenty of space for 10 people to stay there. Our only issue was not being provided with towels and sheets as many of the girls had to fly to get there. But it just added extra bags for those driving. Would absolutely stay here again!

Christmas family gathering

Warm, home-like accommodations for our family gathering of 8 adults and 8 kids. We found all that we needed to be comfortable, from night lights to well appointed kitchen with great table seating for all. Enjoyed walks, frisbee, and touch football, on the nearby beach. Mike was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend for your large group.

All Under One Roof

It was the first time we were able to get all of our daughters, their spouses, and their children under one roof for the holidays. This house had the perfect number of bedrooms, and bathrooms to suit our needs beautifully! The kitchen and dining area was absolutely perfect for our family. It's where we spend the majority of our time. The living room area was a little snug for our group size especially since we were trying to do Christmas there as well. We could have used a little extra room, and a little more seating, to watch the kids open their gifts. Other than that, this was a great house, and a great location, and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great space for a family gathering

We rented the house for a family holiday potluck. We were able to spread out in the huge kitchen/dining area. The downstairs was easy to navigate for people with mobility issues. Only two of us stayed overnight, but everyone commented on how well the house worked for our gathering. Our only issue was finding the key box in the dark. Plus, I'm short, and it was above my head. My husband spotted it after a couple of minutes.

Wonderful labor day stay in Old Orchard

We were four families staying in Old Orchard over labor day weekend. The owner was prompt in all communication and the check-in process was simple. The home was spacious and the common areas in the kitchen and deck were a great gathering spot. The home was well equipped and the best part was the location. We walked to the beach on multiple occasions and enjoyed our stay!
