We had a lovely stay. Property was a little dated but clean and well looked after. It was comfortable and fully kitted. The complex facilities inc. swimming pools, games room and gym were great. One let down was the noise coming from the condenser unit outside the bedroom window which disturbed our sleep.

Right next to everything

We were there for a college baseball tournament. If you are part of Russ Matt this spot is ideal. The condo is a 10 minute drive to the NERP fields. We loved the quiet pool, the grounds are lush, the house is well appointed, the ONLY critique is that pillows were hard as rocks. Other than that, we plan to book again next spring.

Quick trip to Kissimmee

We stayed in this 2 bedroom condo for 6 days. We had some issues checking in and had to drive around to find security to help us. We booked this very last minute, I don’t think I would book here again. There are 4-5 AC units outside of the master bedroom that squeal and it’s hard to sleep through the noise. I also didn’t find the beds very comfortable. A BIG plus, the condo was very clean. The owners take a lot of care in the presentation of their condo.

Legacy Dunes is a well maintained property

We love the area to call our base camp ,close to Disney, restaurents, 27 highway, I/4 , shopping and other activities .stayed on property 2 previous years and it has improved a lot. We feel very secure with all the cameras and gate control. The grounds staff do an excellent job, it is too bad the dog owners are not all doing their part. I was on ground floor of unit 11-104 and many animals dumped on lawn in front of my screen room.

Great apartment! So much better than hotels. Worth every penny!!

The arrival process was smooth and they had all the kitchen things I needed even Tupperwares to save food!! We were close to Disney and loved the pool area. I cut my daughter a cake there and ordered pizza for some friends. It was a great deal and we saved a ton of money on food although all restaurant were within 10 mins. A super target was down the street and publix. Will stay here again and again and again! The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. I highly recommend this location!
