Spacious accommodations with 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs ), each bedroom with multiple beds, 2 full baths with double sinks, granite counters, heated tile floors and extra shower in sauna. Living room with game table, Smart TV with cable service, stereo system, DVR and WI-FI. Family Room features a stone gas remote controlled fireplace - just turn on by using the remote control - beautiful ambiance!

Remodeled kitchen which is fully equipped with custom cabinets, new dishwasher, built-in microwave, double ovens & 6 burner gas stove - everything provided including dishes, pots & pans & cooking utensils. There is dining area with large dining table plus additional table in living room - great game night location! The utility room has washer and dryer and 2nd refrigerator.

Relax in the bubbling spa with 40 jets - always ready to use - towels are provided! Large, fenced back yard has a deck, table and chairs, picnic table, horseshoe pit. corn hole game, canopy to use and gas BBQ. This is a relaxing & comfortable home with lots of room to play! After a fun day in Lake Tahoe, the cedar sauna upstairs awaits you!

Our home is in an Ideal location in Tahoe City and perfect for a family vacation -1 block to beautiful Lake Tahoe with beach access. (Guest availability daily except for Fridays and Saturdays in the summer and on holidays) Convenient to shopping, hiking and bike trails, ski resorts, great restaurants.. Just minutes from Tahoe City with easy access off Hwy 89. Large , flat parking area (fits 4 to 5 cars) (No street parking) - Street and driveway area snow plowed during winter!

Everything is provided in this home:
Dishes, cooking and baking supplies, electric coffee pot, electric tea pot, 1 cup Keurig, knives, 4 slice toaster, cutting boards, electric grill, Air Fryer, large pots, large bowls, salad spinner, crock pot, blender, ice bucket, washer and dryer, detergent and linens (towels, sheets), beach chairs and beach towels- just come and be ready to have fun!

This is such a fun and comfortable home with a sauna, spa, large fenced backyard with grass and a horseshoe pit. Smart TV, DVD player, and stereo.

This home is available for an amazing summer vacation and during the Fall and holidays. During summer months the minimum rental period is 6 nights. During Fall the minimum rental period is 4 days.
