You are to provide your State Issued ID to
purtieeyes@aol.com. This newly updated condo sleeps 5 people. It is located on 46th Street Ocean Side/Block. It's just less then 50ft from the beach! Great Mid-Town location, which means everything is within 10 minutes walking distance. It's just a few blocks away from the famous bar 'Seacrets" on 49th St. The Convention Center on 41st St.. The Winery Place on 48th St. and Lot's more nearby. The unit is not far from the boardwalk on 28th St. There are many restaurant within walking distance. There is a bus stop at the corner of 45th St., Your never too far from anything!

CHECK IN EARLY @ 3:00PM, CHECK OUT LATER @ 11:00AM!

STAY PREFERENCE:
Duriung the Peak Season, We prefer Saturday to Saturday stay but are open to any day.

GENERAL RULES:
* NO Smoking.
* NO Pets.
* NO Parties.
*Graduates are welcome, but must have parent/guardian of 21+ years of age to book.
* Check in at 3:00 P.M. and check out late at 11:00 A.M.
* Keep the place clean

Free WiFi/ Live Streaming. Watch anything and everything including premium channels.

We accept any booking up to a day prior to the check in date requested.

PAYMENT DUE DATES:
* An initial payment of 50% Is due at the time of booking.
* All remaining balance is due in full 60 days prior to check in date.
* Full Payment is required if booking within 60 days of check in date.

REFUND POLICY:
* If we cancel your vacation for any reason, we will refund you the full amount.
* If you cancel prior to 60 days, you will receive full refund.
* If you cancel with in 60 days of check in date, no refund.

Great location. Unit was clean. Not a negative but there is so much stuff in the kitchen there’s no where for guests to put anything. Bedroom closet also jammed full of stuff to the point that we couldn’t open the doors because of it. Little things have not been fixed since my last stay 3 years ago.

The stay was convenient! My husband and I went down for bike week this past weekend and a couple that is a friend of ours. We are in a motorcycle group and we had a decent stay! It was easy to get a hold of the owner, and maintenance helped us open the lockbox so overall it was great. She has a couple of fixing to do like the tub or shower doors. There’s a closet in the bedroom that’s messed up and the shades were a little broken but and and so was the pullout bed but as soon as I told her about them, she understood and we also had a little hiccup with parking because of course I took a trailer. I didn’t ask her about parking the trailer and she knew that all of this because her husband used to take care of it so she’s learning along with her tenant, which was no big deal. We had fun and I am hoping to make this a yearly event. Thank you, Loretta for all your help.

The location of this condo was perfect! Lots of things within walking distance but not too close to the inlet to be affected by heavy vehicle and foot traffic. Condo was small but very clean and well kept.

Nice spot for a quick getaway

We spent a few very comfortable days at this condo. It's very affordable and in a great central location, which makes it easy to get either uptown or down to the boardwalk. Best part is it's just steps away from the beach! Would definitely consider booking again :)

I love this property for many reason. It's just steps away from the beach. The property sits in the middle of everything. Nothing is far that you can't get to by foot, car or bus.The boardwalk is just a 10 minute bus ride. It's away from the noise yet located close by to most entertainments and restaurants, Awesome Location! Location, Location.
