Families-only beachfront condo
Newly renovated and completely refurnished. Two bedroom / Two bath beachfront condominium. Two 42" flat screens in each room with smart tv. A 55" Flat smart tv screen in the den.

This unit is located on the fifth floor and overlooks the swimming pool to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Sleeping accommodations include a king-size bed in the master room and two queen-size beds in the guest room. Two full baths.

Maximum occupancy 6 people.

Enjoy the comforts of this beautiful remodeled and decorated unit in the family oriented property of The Beach House Condominiums.

Older condo but has nice updates. Balcony provided perfect view of the beach and ocean. Even found a chaise lounge in the "beach toys" closet, which I enjoyed on the balcony. Easy walking path from condo to the beach and only a one mile walk to Wanna Wanna Beach Bar! Pool area was clean and well maintained. Had small kitchen appliances, e.g. toaster, Mr Coffee, expresso machine. Owner quickly responded to questions prior to and during the trip.

The view from the balcony was phenomenal, but sadly that is the only positive thing I can say about this condo. Some of the fixtures and decor were covered in dust especially the exhaust vents in both bathrooms and the door to the air handler. The tile in the 2nd shower had black stains that looked like mold and/or mildew. The sink water in the 2nd bathroom had a strong sulfur smell and the water pressure in the 2nd shower was horrible even when considering that water pressure in coastal communities is often not the best. There was a long, dark hair on one of the clean pillows in the closet. All of the windows including the sliding glass door to the balcony had broken fixtures from previous window treatments. The master bedroom was the warmest due to there being only one very small, AC vent in that room. There is also no ceiling light in that room and the nightstand lamps provided insufficient lighting. The refrigerator was leaking when we got back from the beach on our second day there. It was likely due to the old, refrigerator door gasket that was hanging off in some spots and not sealing properly. The dish sponge sitting directly on the kitchen counter was just disgusting. I don't know if it was provided by the condo or left by a prior renter, but it should have been discarded by the cleaning staff. I was shocked that the host asks the guest to strip the bed exposing the old, stained sponge on the bed. Eww! So disappointed and can't recommend! Many pics available.

Had we known at the time, we would have been glad to send someone to inspect the condo and address the issues promptly, including the refrigerator problem. This experience does not reflect the standard we strive to provide, as reflected in our 98% overall guest rating. We appreciate the feedback and are using it to improve the property for future guests.
