Great Stay

We had a great stay! Keep in mind there are more condos above you, so you will be able to hear people walking around above you. The proximity to the beach, pool and everything we wanted to do was perfect!

Great location away from large crowds. Right on the water and walking distance to the Boardwalk. Owner was EASY to work with and VERY accommodating!! I highly recommend his properties!

Great Stay

We had a great time at this property. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. The property looked just like the pictures. We loved that it was right on the beach, but since it was on the first floor we didn't have to carry the kids up multiple flights of stairs. It was the perfect Mother's Day long weekend get away.

Excellent Experience

The condo was absolutely perfect in every way. Perfect location, super clean, everything we needed was provided, everything worked great, and it’s far enough away from crowded areas but close enough to walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, etc. Great experience and we will definitely be back.

Coral Surf

This was a nice property with a good sized deck. It was right next to the ocean. The location is good because you can walk to the boardwalk but be away from the congestion. This unit is great for families with children!

Relaxing getaway

Simply relaxing and peaceful view of dunes and water. Easy walk down to the beach access up and across the nice decking and over just a bit of dune sand down to the flat beach. Everything we needed for an impromptu getaway. Thanks Richard!!

Carolina Beach

Checking in was super easy! The condo is nice and has a decent-sized balcony. The beach access was clean and well maintained. The only slightly irritating thing was being the condo next to the pool/pool gate and the gate to the beach access. It would get quite noisy during the day, rendering the outdoor space unsuitable at those times. Overall, I would stay there again, possibly in the off-season.

Just right for two couples

This property was the right location for us, and the bedroom / bathroom situation was perfect for sharing with our friends – another couple. Nice view of the water, with the high dunes blocking out the people on the beach - felt more private. Be aware that the cleaning & property fees (which I think are pretty high for the size property, especially since we were just there one night) does not include the kitchen, so you have to be prepared to clean the kitchen and take out all trash.

Ladies Getaway!

I took my mother and her two sisters for a surprise beach getaway, they have already asked to go again next fall. We plan on going back again this coming fall. This oceanfront condo was everything you'd expect from a luxury vacation. All amenities were available and ready to use. A great feature of this condo is the beautiful view, we watched the sunrise every morning. Richard, the property manager takes excellent care in making sure all of your needs are met.

The location was very close to the beach, which is our reason for going. We spend almost the whole day there. It’s a convenient location to a few restaurants and ice cream shops. I like that we had assigned parking. We had a group of 4 and the unit was very accommodating. Plenty of towels - even beach towels. I was glad we had the washer/dryer bc my husband was rolled by a big wave and we had to wash his clothes. The unit itself was pretty clean. I guess if I had to complain about something, the drains in the showers were pretty slow. Also there’s not really a place to store and groceries you may buy. But I would definitely stay here again.

It was quiet in this unit, we were able to sleep well. It was very convenient to the beach, a very short walk. The porch view is slightly obscured by the sand dune so you can see the ocean and hear the waves, but you cannot see the beach, this may be a bonus because you couldn't hear beachgoers. The younger kids loved the pool! The unit could have been a little cleaner ie dirt under the couch (when we were looking for a lost puzzle piece!) and there's sand in the porch sliding door track, making it hard to push open. This is a well stocked unit, sugar, and spices are there, and you would not need to bring towels or linens. For a beach condo, it is well maintained and above the average for sure!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect because we were able to walk less than a mile, with our 3 year old, to get to shops, restaurants and activities. September was a perfect time, great weather and quiet beach.

Great beach property!

The property was perfect for all of our needs! The condo was clean, neat, and had great Wifi bandwidth for my colleague and I who both worked remotely during our stay. It also has a beautiful beachfront view from the property's balcony. I would stay here again.
