This Spacious Tuscany style townhome is perfectly located near the water park, clubhouse, spa and only 8 miles from Disney. World. The largest size villa within the resort with enough room for the entire family. This upgraded villa has all granite countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms, the patio and balcony have been screened in, so you can enjoy sitting outside without the bugs and critters. There is a table with two chairs in the kitchen, and the dining table has 8 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a playpen, stroller and 2 high chairs for the children at no additional cost. Linens and towels are provided, washer and dryer, central air for heating or cooling, unlimited internet and WiFi and free long distance in North America. There is 2 car driveway located directly in front of the villa.

The front desk is open 24/7, and located at: 2700 Sand Mine Rd, Davenport, FL 33897. Regal Palms charges a resort fee of $20 +tax per day (not per person), which must be paid to the resort at check in, The fee is $11/day/ for 25 days or more from Nov. 1 through the end of March. This fee gives you access to the amenities, including, pool towels,- Hot tub (inside and outside, lazy river,- water slide (must be 48 in. tall to ride), Tiki bar, sauna. spa, playground, newly remodeled gym, full size arcade, ice cream shop, Frankie Farrell's Pub and Grill, business center, ticket and Tour Sales, ATM machine on site and gift shop.

The resort has a 2.5 acre water park with water slide, lazy river, children’s pool, Adult pool, hot tub and much more. This resort is perfect for all!

When you stay at Regal Palms you have complete access to our swimming complex which includes a Resort Pool, Lazy River and Water Slide. The Pool is heated all year round to a temperature above 78°F using Geothermal Energy, even on the coldest winter day. A 30 X 70 pool will soon be opened and ready to enjoy. Zero Entry Pool for our Younger Guests is ideal for the smaller ones in the family, allowing them to splash and enjoy the fun. The Outdoor Jacuzzi is heated using Geothermal Energy to 104°F so you can comfortably get into your swimsuit and enjoy Florida vacation home even during the Winter Holidays. There is so much fun at the Regal Palms, such as Movie night, entertainment, games, and opened until 11pm. Great way to end the day!

Publix Grocery Store, Applebee's Grill & Bar, Pizzeria, British Pub , Bank, ATM, Drugstore, Gas Station, Starbucks, Ice Cream Italian Restaurant, Jersey Mike's are only a quarter mile away. The Walmart Supercentre is 3 miles away. The Orlando Premium Designer Outlet is a must to shop and there is shopping and dining just minutes away. The Highlands Reserve Golf Course is across the street from the Regal Palms Resort.

This resort is located near so much, but away from the hustle and bustle. Only 8 miles from Disney and centrally located to all area attractions. The East and West Coast beaches are a short drive (1hr,15m).

The spa that is located within the main Resort Complex, featuring a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment including life cycles, cross trainers, treadmills and strength training. So nice to time to visit to our sauna, steam room and whirlpool that will relax you.

Great Holiday stay!

Great long stay with extended family at this condo. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was easy to walk to the clubhouse and pools. Would definitely recommend to others.

perfect place

we had a wonderful vacation at Laura's place...my grand daughters loved it...Acomadation was perfect...I had down stairs bedroom....rest of family had all of upstairs...Check in was easy and Laura was avaliable right away to answer my questions....will be back.

Great get away

Close to all things Orlando, but away enough that you weren't caught in traffic all the time. Place was perfect for us. Management was very helpful and communicative. Only negative was couch wasn't comfortable and we had to fix table from wobbling. Well worth the money.

Would not recommend!!!

If you are looking for a clean, safe, welcoming community I would not recommend you this place or this entire resort. We found that pool was dirty, customer service was horrible and the feeling was very unsafe. We had a very poor experience and left as soon as we could find another resort. Laura was understandable at first and reassured us that she would not charge us for the entire week, but she did anyway, she did not keep her promise. The four bedroom place that we rented was very small, cigarette buds all over the yard, poor management, pool area was dirty and water not clean. I wish we had not wasted our vacation on this experience.

I am writing in response to this unjustified review. The renter had contacted me about her grievances with my rental property, and the Regal Palms Resort. Upon receiving her complaint I immediately contacted my management company to resolve her issues and the resort regarding her issues. They advised me that the resort was fully booked and the pools are cleaned daily.I decided to contact a renter that was staying in my other home,to find out if they were experiencing the same. They told me that they love the resort and could not understand the complaints from this renter. I did offer a partial refund if the renter was able to provide me with proof of her accusations with video and pictures of said grievances.The back yard area that made her want to leave is designated for smoking, since it is not permitted in my homes.I do not have any pictures of the back yard patio area on my laurasvillas web site or in this listing. This renter was unable to provide me any proof that I feel is deserving of a refund.I did receive a 37 second video of a few cigeratte butts in the backyard and a picture of the water from the central air conditioner. I do not think that these complaints justifies her wanting to stay one night instead of seven in my home within an hour of checking in. The renters that have stayed in this home before and after renter had sent me letters on how much they enjoyed their stay in my home and the Regal Palms Resort.Infact,the last renter that stayed in this home wrote a great review on Trip Advisor. This renter had consented to a contractual agreement that stated that she had agreed to rent the home for seven nights. I have owned my 4 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home for 4 years and have never had a problem with the size of my over 1300 sq.ft. home. All of the renters that have stayed in my home have been more than satisifed and many have returned. It is very important to me that my homes are well maintained and the renters enjoy their vacation in this 4 star resort. I would like all to know that I take these complaints very seriously and upon hearing them booked a flight to the resort to asscess the situation personally and found the resort to be a great place. I had to take video and pictures of how clean the pool water was and how much fun the kids were having in the lazy river,water slide,and just opened Banana Jacks, where the families can play skee ball, pinball, and much more. These new pictures will be added to my web site.

Clean but dated. Would stay again.

Loved the location. Though clean, I had to buy Air Freshner to get the Musty smell out. The Coffee Pot and Toaster need to be replaced. The Plug Cover in the Master Bedroom is broken and fell off when the Nightlight was unplugged. The Couch has an Iron Burn on it and needed to be vacuumed when I used the Sofabed. Many of the Blinds need to be replaced and the Backdoor Safety Bar Holder needs to be fixed. I bought a new rug for the Kitchen as I slipped and almost fell and left the old rugs under the Garbage Pail. I hope you don't think I didn't enjoy my stay as the Townhouse Layout was perfect for my needs. I just thought you should know what needs attention. I loved being able to walk my Dog everyday and the Security at the Gates made me feel safe. I enjoyed the Amenities and hope the new Management can get the Restaurant open soon. The Bartenders at the Tiki Bar were great. I also enjoyed being able to BBQ on the Grills. Being close to Disney was a plus. Gift Shop should stock Palm Pocketbook Keychains ( I would have bought one ). Loved the Air Compresser for blowing up my Float but was told about it by another Guest not a Staff Member. I want to thank Laura for allowing me to stay at her house and would be interested in staying in her 3 Bedroom Townhouse next year at the same time. Thank you! Lorri and Jo Jo

Laura's Villas at the Regal Palms

I recently spent a week at this resort and had a great time. It is close to Disney and there is shopping and restaurants close by. We decided to book the home through Laura of Laura's Villas. The process was simple and Laura was fantastic to work with. She even let us check out later since our flight was delayed at no additional cost. The home was clean and roomy, enough for my immediate family and my in-laws. It was very close to the club house which has water slides, a lazy river, a restaurant, and a spa. All of the homes in this resort are individually owned and not maintained in the same manner. We were happy with this home and will be coming back in the near future!

First of all, the owner Laura L. the best ever and she was available to talk and answer any questions. This place was excellent and i recommend this place to everyone. The property was nice and clean and everything you need, like a home away from home. The pool and water slide is excellent and the fee is $12.95 a day . The check-in guy Alex was very helpful and cool. Movie night was AWESOME and all the other activities for the kids during the day, but of course the kids just want to stay in the pool!!! If i could give 10 stars i would. We will be back next year!!! THANKS for all your help Laura :)

It was a thousand times better than I expected and affordable too. It's much better than a hotel. Townhouse was immaculate and is really spacious, the bedrooms are large with full baths and walk in closets. And you pull right up to your own driveway. Can't beat that! Laura was great to work with. Excellent experience from beginning to end. It's the perfect family vacation. Kids had an amazing time. It's gated so you don't have to worry about your kids wondering around. So convenient everything is right there. Absolutely loved it. We are defiantly going back soon.

Best family vacation ever!

This resort was clean, fun and a great time for all, also great proximity to Disney. We had five adults and two children at Laura's condo and had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this for a family vacation.

Great House, Value and Location

Laura'a home met our families need quite well. It is a big comfy home, with enough bedrooms and space for everyone to have their own space. It is conveniently located to stores and tourist attractions. Great value, would definitely recommend it to others and would stay there again. Laura was easy to work with, and the appliances worked great.

fabulous place

This is a great place to stay, the pool is fantastic and warm, the on site bar and games room for kids is great too. There is an applebees within walking distance as well as a supermarket, pub and a takeaway indian and pizza place, it is near enough to all the parks as well so all in all I would recommend this place to anyone.

great family holiday

we had a great time at Laura's villa, the house was great and the distance to all the parks was fine. When we were not at the parks the facilities at regal palms are great, there is also a publix, british pub and an applebees within walking distance. Also there is an indian takeaway and pizza place which both deliver, all in all we had a great time and would recommend it to anybody.

Great Vacation Home!!

We rented this home for an event in the area and had a group of about 10 people in total. The house was easy to get to once getting through the frontdesk procedures of the resort it was located on. The house itself was gorgeous and just as pictured. Plenty of space for everyone. Having 3 1/2 baths came in very handy as well. Laura is a dream to work with, she was very responsive to questions and was able to help me out when i was not the first to arrive and needed another in my party to be let in. While i didn't use the pools myself, the others in my group had a good time at them and had nothing but good things to say. Location of the home is also great. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store minutes away. I will definitely be bookmarking this listing for use for my trip next year!!

Why they chose this property

This is the perfect place for families that want to save money and enjoy their vacation.Disney area tropical resort is ideal for large families on a budget who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando attractions. The town homes are spacious with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a full living room and a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, cable TV and sleeps 8-9 people. Amenities on the property which includes an on site restaurant, 3 swimming pools with a water slide and the lazy river make it ideal for children. Frankie Farrell's Restaurant and the volleyball court are a good draw for older children and the sunbathing terraces and poolside Tiki bar is a welcome retreat after a day at the parks. For those who want to combine business with pleasure, there is free wi-fi available in the business center.
It is a very easy 8 mile drive to the Walt Disney World Resort, 5 miles from the newly opened Island H20 Water Park and close to all of the other exciting attractions that Central Florida has to offer. Regal Palms Resort and Spa is situated off US Highway 27, 3 miles south from US 192 and 6 miles north of I4. There is an abundance of shops and restaurants right here next to the resort and a Publix Grocery Store close by so you can purchase any groceries and supplies that you might need for your vacation here in Regal Palms Resort and Spa. New to the area, is the Island H20 Waterpark.
There are many great golf courses within a 15 mile radius of the resort. Golfers can also enjoy the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, which is a 72 par and perfectly situated adjacent from the Regal Palms Resort & Spa. Some of the most popular courses in Central Florida, including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes, Legends, Stoneybrook West, Diamond Players Club, Orange County National, Champions Gate in Reunion are only minutes from the resort.
