We rent by the week, SUNDAY to SUNDAY.
1-bedroom condo with queen! TV in Bedroom which plays DVD and Amazon Prime, Netfix! TV in Living Room. Sleeps 2 people only. Coverlet changed after each guest. Pool, short 12 minute walk to beach!! Trolley Stop in front of Condo. Located on Route 1 at the Ocean Towers Condominium Complex. Linens, bath towels, all the comforts of home. Beach chairs and two beach towels!
You do not need to drive around in this busy resort town! The condo is on the lower level. Free parking! Coin operated Laundry on Site! Easy way to keep up on laundry! I clean the condo myself after each guest, NO cleaning fee!! Can't beat that! Stay cool with 2 air conditioners on those hot summer nights!

We have been renting since 2004.

Charming with a great location!

The property was very clean, comfortable and decorated very tastefully. Definitely felt like home away from home. Great location with short walks to breakfast, lunch and dinner (and ice cream 😃)

We loved staying there ! A ! Immaculate with everything you need and more for a wonderful vacation ! Walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and downtown Ogunquit so close ! Maine vacation stay

This was a wonderful place to stay. The location was just what I was looking for-I could go north and explore or venture south into New Hampshire. I will definitely stay here again. The amenities were perfect and Rich was a fabulous host. I highly recommend staying here.

Great little getaway

Fresh, clean, stocked with anything you need. Close to town, but not too close. Quick commute by trolley or golf cart will get you anywhere nearby. Lots of eating and drinking options. Gorgeous beaches and shoreline. Thanks for a fun stay.

Beautiful condo - very welcoming!

The condo was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed for our weeks stay in Ogunquit. The pool outside was wonderful. The location was awesome being able to walk to the beach, Marginal Way, and the downtown area. There is so much to do in this lively and lovely town. We had a wonderful vacation.
