Please Note: We Do Not Rent to Student Groups of any kind. No pets.

Our house is located at 11th and Central Ave, Ocean City New Jersey. We are three blocks from the beach, our immaculate, modern, second-floor north end condo offers four bedrooms including a master bedroom. The walk to the beach does not require crossing any major roads, and we are just one block from downtown shops, key for families with young children like ours. We include six beach tags and beach chairs and and wagon including sand toys.

This is true beach living! The 11th street location is ideal for walking to the beach (beach tags included) and the boardwalk attractions.

Our living area is airy, sunny, and inviting, including a large flat screen TV with premium channels and Wi-Fi. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and opens up to our great room. There are four bedrooms: the master, the pirate room, the beach room with a queen bed, the jr master with a queen bed and pink bunk bed and trundle for in-laws or a second family. Our porch is off the living area and a great spot to relax and people-watch after spending the day at the beach.

Voted “the #1 Beach in New Jersey' in 2009 and selected by the Travel Channel as one of the “Best Family Beaches in America” in 2007, as well as one of the “Best Beaches in America” in 2009, Ocean City is the perfect location for a family vacation. Other much-deserved accolades: Fine Living Magazine rated the Ocean City Boardwalk as #4 in the nation, Frommer’s highlighted Ocean City in its top “13 Destinations” for 2008, and readers of the Philadelphia Inquirer ranked Ocean City the “#1 Vacation Spot” in the region, citing “Colorful umbrellas, dolphins, long walks together, boardwalk, music pier, family and friends –- the week that could go on forever.”

We had a great time at this property. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. There were a few things that were wear and tear like the railing outside and the slow shower drain but aside from those minor items, it was great. The location is just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk and has plenty of open space for a family.

Phenomenal pick!

Incredible location!! 7 of us stayed, very comfortably! This place is in walking distance to so much - boardwalk/beach, cafes, restaurants, shops. And we drove to other places too - Thomas Edison museum, Cape May for whale watching, etc - all within easy drives. Stephanie is a great owner! She's was so attentive to my email messages and answered right away. We all agreed we would absolutely do this again!!

Great Family Vacation!

My family and I rented this house for a week's vacation and it was the perfect choice! It was conveniently located to the beach and boardwalk, which was key with a 2 year old and four year old. The house was great with plenty of space and all the amenities you would need to enjoy your stay, and the decor was so bright and cheerful. When we arrived, there was an issue with the refrigerator. The owner responded immediately and had a new one delivered the next morning. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a home away from home.

We had a wonderful week! The home was bright, beautiful, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were a number of books and games available as well. It was the perfect location- close to the beach and boardwalk, yet still quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed many mornings on the front deck. There was an enormous selection of bikes, chairs, etc. at our disposal as well, which was quite convenient. Stephanie was the perfect host- always readily available and extremely accommodating. The entire rental experience was a pleasure. It’s a great home for family vacation in OC, NJ!

Best Family Reunion Ever!

Finding and renting this property was so easy on Vrbo. We held onto specific expectations we thought we needed to make our vacation truly successful. This property served us well as it was large, comfortable, and well furnished. We loved how it was decorated in every room. It was equipped with everything you would need for the beach, even beach passes. The property's location was close to great eateries and the boardwalk. Comfortable home in a great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed renting this home. The house is clean, there are four bedrooms- two of which are larger in size. The home is in a fabulous location no more than 5 minutes walk to the boardwalk and beach! It really made things easy for us. Stephanie was easy to be in touch with us. The outdoor shower is a great way to rinse of the beach. The AC in the house works very well- never a moment where it gets too hot. I would just remind folks in the description / overview that linens and house towels are not included- we are not from the area and didn’t know- and it was o ky noted in small print on the lease agreement! We will remember for next time!

Summer Vacation in OC

We had a great time in Ocean City and at this rental property. The property was very close and convenient (short walk) to the boardwalk and the beach. The unit was clean and very on target to everything that was listed. We had an issue with one of smoke detectors in the vaulted chirping because the batteries were running low and the owner responded immediately and got it resolved within an hour. Great service and responsiveness! Overall, I would stay at this condo again if coming back to Ocean City and highly recommend it.

Had a great time. The house was immaculate! Plenty of toys and books for the kids. My Grandaughter’s loved the bunk beds!! Everything you need is included from a fully stocked kitchen to movies, books, WiFi, beach chairs, beach tags, extra fridge in the garage. Bikes, wagons, coolers. Even a crab trap. Location was great! Everything is within walking distance. I would highly recommend this house and will definitely rent it again!
