X-Large and luxury apartment in the old town! - All comfort -

This large unit is made up of two separate but connected apartments: it is a fantastic solution that allows you to have great privacy, even if there are many guests inside;
moreover, both units are on two levels, connected by two wooden stairs, with a bedroom and a bathroom on each level: this further solution increases even more the privacy between guests.
It's very luminous and very silent, third floor, no lift (like the most part of the builds in the old town, but with very large and easy to climb stairs), in an ancient and noble palace.
Space: 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry corners.
Beds: 2 single beds or 1 double bed for each room;
there are also 2 sofa-beds in the two living rooms;
finally 2 cots are provided if necessary.
This is the equipment of the house:
- two kitchens fully furnished (dish-washer, oven, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, american coffee machine, Moka, kettle, blender, toaster, every dishes, pots, pans and tableware, etc..),
- washing-machine,
- dryer,
- iron and board,
- air conditioned in every room of the houses,
- fast internet wifi,
- etc..
LOCATION: the apartment is in Pepi street n.65, so really central; it's an amazing position because you don't need a car or bus to visit the major artworks of the old town!

5) Have a good travel and come back and visit us soon!

There were 6 of us that came from America for my son‘s wedding in Tuscany. We stayed in Florence for 2 nights and Massimo and his team were excellent with all of the details. The apartment was exceedingly clean, well furnished, and was very comfortable. The location was perfect for accessing activities and sights in the area. I would highly recommend this location and apartment for a fun Florence experience.

We found the quality misleading from the photos and descriptions. There were numerous foul smells between both apartments, some of the rooms were very small, the stairs felt unsafe and it was a budget hotel than a XL luxury apartment. I am requesting a full chargeback. we left within 30 minutes of arrival.

Dear Guest, I'm always ready to take responsibility if something goes wrong, whether in my listing or my property, but in this case I can't agree with your review. You wrote that the apartment was "extremely dirty": I personally inspected the cleaning company's work, both before and after your arrival, and I believe it was done properly. Regarding the bad odors, I honestly didn't notice anything. It's possible that when you arrived, a slight odor wafted up the stairs from the septic tank: in the historic center, all buildings have septic tanks, as there's no direct connection to the sewer system, so you can sometimes smell it (the tanks aren't modern and completely sealed). This is a common feature of all buildings in the historic center, not just mine. If you'd told me, I would have explained it to you, but it doesn't justify your leaving. Regarding the safety of the stairwell, I completely reject your insinuations: they are absolutely safe and solid. Furthermore, mine is a so-called "noble" building (meaning it belonged to a former upper-middle-class family), and you can see it from the large, majestic stairwell. Obviously, an old building isn't like a modern one, but that's supposed to be its charm, and you should know this before booking. This makes me think you're perhaps not used to traveling in European historic centers. Regarding the authenticity of my listing, the photos were taken by me with my cell phone and belong to that apartment, not any others.

We loved the apartment it was just right for our 8 adults and one baby. The apartment was clean the beds and pillows were super comfortable, each room had an A/C unit. The apartment is perfectly located for shops, attractions and museums at a walking distance. The host Massimo was excellent in providing some assistance in referring us to a shuttle company and also helping us as we left the key inside the apartment and we were locked out. The host was great in communication. We would stay at this apartment again, hopefully soon.

We had the most amazing week in Florence! We loved the charming accommodations and the location was perfect! We could walk everywhere from the apartment. Plenty of room for our large family. Family Vacation

Our family vacation included 4 children under 8, 2 seniors and 5 adults. This property was perfect for us! We had lots of space and wonderful amenities. The location was perfect! Wonderful Italian Experience

Great place, great owner, and in a great neighborhood

Wonderful place, great location, great host

We had a group of 10 adults. The location is perfect and accommodated us easily. Walking distance to market, great restaurants and shops. You do have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to apt but host let us know when we booked.

Excellent stay, amazing host
