River Front home on the Beautiful Guadalupe River. 2 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen, each with full bath. Sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6 adults, roll away beds for a few small children. Huge covered back porch overlooking the River and large treed manicured back yard. This section of the river is deeper. Just get right in the river from the back yard. You can tube, swim or fish. Tubing outfitters located in the neighborhood. We are located just a few miles from Canyon Lake, TX or about 12 miles to Gruene

Home is a 1 level brick with open floor plan, full kitchen, basic cable TV, WiFi, all linens included and kitchenware. Located at the end of Ponderosa (1020 Ponderosa). No Can Ban on this section of the Guadalupe river. So bring your cold drinks, picnic supplies, tubes, kayaks and come have fun!

Trash pickup is on Thursday morning.. If your stay falls on Thursday please make note to set the trash out on Wednesday evening . Trash pickup is only once a week. Thank you!
