Thank you Ben for your review.
We look forward to having you stay again. Youre welcome back
We had a lovely stay at The Cart House. A nice quiet little village. The property was exactly as described and was ideal for our family. Clean and tidy, clean towels provided and little extras such as a washing machine and liquids, cleaning materials etc really made it feel like a home from home. Gulval is near to everything and was a great base to explore Cornwall from. It was lovely to meet Mandy and she gave clear details of everything. Would definitely recommend The Cart House and will look at booking again when we are down in Cornwall again.
Comfortable clean and comprehensively equipped being secluded in a small community yet close to all essential amenities.
Ideally located for visiting most of Cornwalls many renowned attractions
Its a lovely place to stay. The house is a gresat size for our family. Lovely and clean and has everything you need.
Very close to Tesco and easy access to A30

Lovely location. Light sleeper note the lovely church clock chimes on the hour 24 hours a day. The property is lovely. Good for entaining and local supermarkets are just a short walk/drive away as is the beach
Lovely place to stay. Quiet village, spacious property and close to supermarkets. We used as a base to visit places of interest, it was easy to get onto the A30.
Lovely pub just up the road
Would definitely stay in this property again.

Lovely property, very clean, everything we needed was just there. We felt very welcome and the host Mandy was lovely and very prompt to answer any question's , overall a wonderful week .
A very convenient location, everything was as advertised. Our host was attentive to any questions we had. The property was well equipped. Would recommend to others
We felt very comfortable in this beautiful and spacious cottage. We Head some trouble with our car and Mandy and Bob were very helpful contact. We would book this cottage a second time.
Excellent location to get anywhere you want to go. Beds were very comfortable and facilities were just what you need, including a good hot shower. Everything we needed. We booked for next year before we left. Need I say more! You won't regret booking.
Ideal property for our family stay - conveniently located for access to Penzance and other areas in Cornwall, especially Lands End and the surrounding areasAll facilities we needed were there - and 3 major supermarkets all within walking distance if needed; although the pathway is a bit overgrown (not that there's anything Mandy could have done about that!)Can also recommend a meal at the local pub a minute's walk up the hill - not a crumb left at the end!All in all a fabulous stay, and we would definitely consider using it again
Our time spent at The Cart House was very peasefull and gave us room to relax and enjoy our holiday in Cornwall. Even the chimming of the church bells did not bother us.
A couple of things can use an update (settees and the kitchen tap)
But all in all a great place to stay.
We loved the layout of the place.
Thank you Mandy.
