Experience aloha Kauai-style in our fully-furnished, oceanfront condo in dreamy Wailua.

Kaha Lani is a direct oceanfront, meticulously maintained property featuring 73 individually-owned condos on the coconut coast. Wake up to an award-winning sunrise complimented by a cool breeze and the perfume of native flora from the resorts artfully manicured gardens.

Each condo is its own private home, with a cheery bedroom, queen-size bed, fresh linens and room for two more guests on the sleeper-sofa in the living room. You will also find a full bath, ceiling fans to savor the fresh coastal winds, an ample kitchen with every imaginable appliance and convenience at your fingertips, a spacious living room with modern fixings – including a flat-screen TV, Cable, and work-friendly Wi-Fi.
Relax on the comfortably furnished lanai spanning the length of the makai (ocean) side of the condo. On-site laundry facilities are available so you can relax and get down to what's important – vacationing.
If you don't want to play in the salt water, that's ok. Kaha Lani's pool is right next to the deep blue sea. It's the centerpiece of the resort's “front yard” complimented with plenty of sun lounges, seating areas and umbrellas, a BBQ grill and picnic area. We also have an on-site tennis court! Run, bike or stroll the paved pedestrian path that follows the coastline to nearby Lydgate Park Beach, with family-friendly swimming and reef snorkeling, covered picnic facilities, and a delightful playground.

Beautiful place located central to North and South sides of Kauai

The condo and grounds are well kept, and the view of the ocean was perfect. The location was just right for checking out the island. We would come back again!

This property is perfect for us. We love the views and the quietness and cleanliness. The beach is absolutely amazing and not crowded. The response from management is spot on, I had a few questions and always got an answer in a timely manner. This place had everything we need for our stay. The one not 100% positive thing I can say about it is it the bed is not very comfortable. But we really enjoyed staying here. And will be back.
The first night here. Kauai welcomed us so beautifully.

Great place with a beautiful view of the ocean

Overall this is a wonderful place to stay and well-located on Kauai. The view from the lanai was one of the best and the entire complex was well maintained with beautiful flowers. We would advise earplugs unless you like being awakened at 3 a.m. by the abundant roosters! The pillows could be upgraded and the kitchen could use a knife sharpener, but overall this was a fantastic place to stay and we would stay here again!

Great Location/Condo for a great deal

Condo was clean and relatively well stocked (we cooked a lot and would have liked bit more in the way of kitchen supplies), location was fantastic, top floor, quiet (except for the roosters of course), easy to get to, easy parking, beautiful views, all around a great stay. Definitely one of the best places you could stay in that price point. There is no AC, but the sea breeze is great and the sound of the ocean makes up for it. Would certainly stay again.

Wunderschöne Anlage - ABER

Die Wohnung ist mit direktem Blick zum Meer und nahe am Strand gelegen. Perfekt um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt.Leider können wir das von der Wohnung nicht sagen. Durch die direkte Lage zum Meer sind viele Sachen verrostet und die Wandbilder haben sogar Schimmelflecken. Die Grundreinigung war mißerabel und 2 Elektrogeräte hatten enorme Mängel. Bei Beseitigung dieser Mängel könnte es eine Top-Wohnung sein.

Nice view but tired and dated interior

The view is absolutely awesome; the unit is tired in need of a good deep cleaning and updating. The tub/ shower drained very slowly, the kitchen appliances needed a good cleaning of the exterior. We had a 2 inch roach(?) in the bathroom. The beach items were appreciated.

Stunning views from balcony!

My husband and I stayed 10 days her for our 15th wedding anniversary. The resort grounds are meticulously maintained and we always felt very safe the entire stay. The room is very well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to see beach chairs, beach umbrella and snorkel gear in the room so we didn’t have to rent any. The only thing we needed were a couple more fans to help cool the place down and the staff was extremely fast at responding and getting them to us. We would definitely stay here again :)

Fabulous location!

We've stayed at Kaha Lani several times, and the grounds are gorgeous. This condo was very nice and clean. The only down side is it's intended for 2 people. We had 3 (my husband, myself and our teenage son). The bistro table outside only had 2 chairs so we couldn't all sit together. Also there are only 2 lounge chairs, and one was broken and couldn't be used, so that was an inconvenience since we spend all our time on the lanai when at the condo. The futon couch isn't very comfortable for sleeping, so again, not really intended for more than 2 people. Great location, clean, easy check in and check out. We had a great time.

Great vacation

Property is lovely, away from the hustle of other locations. My only concern was the not very helpful women in the office at the resort, becuase this condo is not rented through them, they were less than helpful with questions I had, and always redirected me to the management team of this condo. I do want to give a shout out to Steve who did the night security, he was so friendly and efficient, and a pleasure to enteract with.

The condo was in a great location, we explored the whole island. Emil and the staff at Princeville vacation rentals were helpful and friendly. The on site staff in condo office was not helpful and not nice. That said, we did not have to interact with her other than trying to obtain a parking pass. We would return

Kauai Paradise

The view from this 3rd story property is pretty surreal. My kids (2 1/2 & 4 1/2) had a blast at the pool which was so gorgeous to look out from and see the ocean view. They also had a blast at the nearby Lydgate park! The 1 bedroom plus futon bed in the living room was perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely come back and visit here again, it was such a short drive from the airport which was perfect after a 5 1/2 flight plus 2 hours of unorganized airport logistics due to new covid policies. Just get wristbands proving your family has all tested negative and your airport experience will be much easier than ours!

Great place to stay!

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with Kaha Lani #309. The unit was very clean. The view from the lanai was fantastic. The grounds were very well maintained with wonderful plant life. The facility is secluded with no resorts/condos nearby. We did minimal cooking in the unit but was stocked with everything we needed. We did use the Weber grills in the pool area multiple times. They were in excellent condition. Was nice to have beach chairs in unit. Was nice to have walking trail that went to park. Also could go for long beach walks to the south right from the facility. Overall excellent unit in great location!!
