Guests will be greeted by the sounds of a peaceful stream and calmed by the sights of our lovely vineyard. Two large homes sleep up to 28 friends who enjoy the chef's kitchen, surround sound and beautifully decorated open floor plans. Cook a feast on the Santa Maria grill while enjoying the pool, waterslide and hot tub.

Tucked away on 80 acres of rolling foothills, you will relax and create lifelong memories with the people you love. Enjoy our two mile hike, meet our ranch livestock, or learn the history of our Private Estate.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Leave comforters on beds. Put towels + sheets in laundry room. Start a load of all white laundry on hot.

Turn off lights, ceiling fans, electronics, pool, heat and air conditioning. Close all windows and doors.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
