Located in Pemberton Heights, the ATX Landmark estate is nestled between UT and downtown Austin, the perfect location for resting between a UT football game and a jaunt to the State Capitol. Heritage 200-year-old live oak trees shade the manicured lawn of this historical landmark. Warmly decorated and updated with modern amenities, you are sure to feel quite at-home when you enter this colonial-style home. A marble fireplace and burnished wood accents throughout the home complement the perfectly appointed cook’s kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping spaces while a casita out back provides space for additional guests. Take a dip in the pool or relax in the hot tub after spending some time on the sport court. This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as13 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.
