Remodeled bayfront unit #246 is the place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching dolphins, birds, wildlife and stunning sunrises from the comfort of your living room, master bedroom or private bayfront balcony.

To finish the day, stroll across the street with private beach deeded access to see spectacular sunsets on the beautiful Gulf Beach.

New bamboo flooring in the entryway, kitchen, dining room and living room complements the new tasteful living room and dining room furniture! A Queen Sleeper sofa is provided in living room. TVs are available in the living room and both bedrooms for when you take a break from the fun and sun! Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. You can look forward to a comfortable and restful sleep with our California King bed in the master bedroom. New twin beds in the guest room easily may be put together to form larger bed with a king mattress pad and sheets found in closet of front bedroom. We offer a porta-crib in the unit for small children. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could want to make your meals. Beach chairs and assorted beach toys may be found in the closet on the balcony facing the bay. This includes 4 beach chairs, umbrella and cooler and beach buggy

As of 07/20/2026 ~ Tennis, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, dock, pool, pool restrooms and laundry facilities and workout room are now available at this time.

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, Bbq grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and Wifi internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

Relax with the slower paced Island atmosphere; ride the free trolley, which is a great way to see the Island.

There are great restaurants to enjoy, including many offering fresh Florida seafood.

Please Note - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
