We had a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely lovely in a great location, walkable to the bay and ocean. The house brings great beach vibes and comfortably sleeps a large family creating excellent memories for cousins. The large backyard outdoor space with outdoor shower lends to many beautiful sunset nights outside. The host was great to work with and quick to respond if needed. We hope to rent again!
The house is in a great spot in LBI, was clean, and had everything you could need. Chris was quick to respond to any and all questions I had leading up to my stay. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Inside is clean and spacious with 2 sitting areas which was nice for our large family. It was a great location, quiet but close to lots of restaurants etc. The owner got back to us immediately with answers to any questions. We would definitely recommend!
Very comfortable home, lots of beds for a large family. We had 11 people, 4 couples and 3 kids and everyone had a good sleeping area. Lovely backyard and relatively quiet street. Gorgeous sunsets over the bay.
We had a sister weekend to celebrate a 70th birthday. The place was perfect. It was clean, spacious, and well stocked. Location is perfect with a quick walk to the beach or bay. Great place for a large family. Would rent it again.
We had a wonderful time! The house comfortably fit all of us and the backyard was perfect for a big family bbq. Chris (the host) was always avail and prompt with answers to our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base.
Parking was a little tight. Only parking for 2 cars but we managed. Loved the area . Close to activities , beach , bay and ice cream. All within walking distance. Especially nice for the grandchildren. We had a nice time.
The house was amazing lots of room inside and outside. Neighborhood is very friendly. If you enjoy a quieter side of the island this is the spot. Really need to drive or ride a bike to do that.

Wonderful Bay home
My family has been going to LBI for years. This was our first time staying Bayside. While we prefer staying closer to the beach, the house is conveniently located. It's just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. It's also close to a stoplight which makes crossing the boulevard easier. The house itself is really lovely. It looks modest from the outside, but inside, it's very nicely furnished. Everything is in great condition and there is plenty of space to relax. We especially loved the sunken living room/tv room where the kids could watch videos without disturbing the adults (or vice versa.) The back yard is also great for relaxing and hanging out. I only wish the fence were higher for more privacy. All in all, we had a great stay.
The process was easy and communication was great. The house is updated nicely and was clean. It is bigger, with more useable space than you would think looking at the outside. The extra sleeping capacity was just what we needed for a family with 6 adult kids.
Loved the house and it’s location. Walked to the beach each day and then down the street to the sunset on the bay. Easy access to restaurants, stores, shopping, miniature golf etc. The property manager was extremely easy to correspond with. He responded to all my questions with in minutes. The neighborhood was nice and friendly. We met renters and owners while we were there. We would definitely rent this home again.
We enjoyed this lovely and immaculate beach house, very cozy, ample living space with a spacious back yard, seating and dining there, second floor deck, two living rooms/dens, well equipped kitchen and overall delightful place with great location to the beach.
House was in a great location, lots of sleep space, air conditioning worked well, yard was great, communication with owner was easy and fast, overall would recommend for an easy beach stay especially with dogs!!!
Outside is a bit worn Inside is done nicely and the extra room downstairs (former garage) offers the ability to "spread-out" as we had dogs and 8 adults + 3 children. Dead-end street bayside is quiet and friendly. Nice to have two full bathrooms and a shower outside.
My husband selected this beautiful home That was lovely and situated close to the bay. My kids spent every night fishing at bay which is just steps away. We especially enjoyed how it had a eat in kitchen along with plenty of outdoor space to eat and barbecue. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Could not ask for something more peaceful, comfy and relaxing. The patio space was our prime hangout it had plenty of chairs and tables where you didn’t feel like you were on top of each other. Owner is very professional and responsive. I would highly recommend/rent again due to the positive attributes of the property.

Nice House
We had a nice stay, but would have appreciated knowing when we booked that we had to provide our own linens, towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry det. The house does have games, plates, cups, and lots of blankets.

I’m glad you had a nice stay. You have to read through the amenities to see that towels and linens aren’t provided and all other amenities besides cups and plates are listed. And there are many. As far as laundry detergent you have to provide that yourself just like any food you would need.

The house was nice, but wouldn't stay here again.
The house resembles the description on this site. Good location, 2 nice living rooms, fenced in backyard with a grill. The beds could be better/upgraded.
However, there were items that were broken prior to our stay (old kitchen chair, apparently the shower was off the track, missing chair cushion, etc) that we were blamed for. We didn't break anything in the house as we are all responsible adults and if we did, we would have disclosed upon our departure. We were unfairly charged 40% of our refundable deposit to cover minimal "damage." Even if we did break these items, there's no way it cost 40% of our refund. Also, the property manager didn't actually do the walk through himself (this is what I found out after trying to reach the property manager several times over the phone), he heard about these items through the cleaner. The cleaner isn't responsible to do a walk through after the house has been rented, he's not the property manager. We also weren't notified of these items prior to being charged and it is just an abnormally high price for said "damage."
I'm disappointed. While the house served it's purpose, it was a headache to try and reach the property manager as he was avoiding my phone calls and I had to text him to have a conversation. Also, I would rather deal with someone who actually does the walk through after a stay so they're fully aware of the items that are "broken" or "missing" beforehand. It's just a headache.

Please be advise that when this renter left our house and I asked her how everthing was she said everything was great and they had a wonderful time. Once she saw that we held back $200 of her deposit for a broken chair that’s part of our kitchen set and only a few years old and a broken shower glass door broken off the track she started having a fit and said they didn't break the chair or leave the shower broken off the track and tried to blame previous renters. She even said in her email to me that the chair was broken before she got there but neglected to let me know so I couldn't reach out to the previous renter and ask them about it. How conveinent and my property service that I pay to check my property reports to me every week and reported everything fine for all previous weeks. They told me she was lying and the chair and shower weren't broken proviously. Why she feels entitled to not pay for her damage is beyond me, guess it's her upbringing. She didn’t even inspect the house when she left as she told me the she left a fish on the kitchen table and forgot to bring it home. This is the first time I've had any problem with a renter as everyone who stays at my house really enjoys themselves and is responsible. They say the two family rooms in my house are great and there are plenty of beds and never heard anyone says the beds were not comfortable. Why this renter feels she is entitled and won't do the right thing l don’t understand. I only ask to leave the house the way you found it and everything will be fine. If you break something let me know and we will discuss, don’t try to hide it and blame someone else like this renter is doing. We communicated through this site which is what your supposed to do and I let her know the circumstances and then she started harrasing me with phone call after phone call while I was at work. I eventually called her but she just yelled and threatened me with bad reviews. I personally wouldn’t rent to this person again since she is not a stand up person and doesn’t take responsibility for her actions.

Clean, great location, well kept, lots of sleeping options!
We loved our week at this house. We are longtime LBI renters and will definitely be returning to this rental. The house was clean and well kept. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with. There were lots of options for various sized beds/rooms, so it accommodated our larger family well. The backyard was great with multiple tables and outdoor seating. You can see the bay and sunset from the house! Walk to the beach was quick, and it was a short drive to all our favorite LBI spots. Thanks again!!
