We loved this condo - it was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The location was ideal - beautiful property and so close to everything we did. We would absolutely stay here again!
Lovely townhome at the top of fall river estates. Amazingly well stocked kitchen, clean and homey. Our contact person for the property was accommodating and very responsive. Would recommend for families that want to be close to town but also have the convenience of not being far from the park either.
Very clean and cozy. We loved all the rustic finishes. The only thing that the kitchen lacked was a griddle. It was a well stocked kitchen otherwise. The access to the National park was amazing! The setting was lovely and it was nice and quiet. Wpudl recommend this property to all. We will be back!

We are so happy that you enjoyed our condo furnishings and RMNP. We hope that you are able to return again soon.
We loved our stay in this beautiful condo and it's proximity to the Rocky Mountains National Park. Well-equipped kitchen, beautiful views, and lots of hummingbirds. The town riverwalk was a favorite, too. A lovely place to vacation!
This property was amazing. It had everything you could possibly need and more. It was private, quiet, had beautiful views and the hummingbirds were everywhere. Lots of room for a family to spread out with the four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. I would recommend this condo without any hesitation.

We keep coming back!
We go on a girls trip every fall and finally found the perfect place. We have rented this condo 3 years in a row and it’s just what we have been looking for. We are rebooking again for next fall. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Privacy but then great common areas for eating, playing games, talking, relaxing. The fireplaces add to the cozy atmosphere.

I will definitely stay there again. You are one mile from the RMNP Fall River Entrance. The condo is located in a very peaceful area.

Wonderful Time
We arrived Friday afternoon and while relaxing we saw a 12 point elk right outside. This location is close to RMNP and provides easy access and a great place to relax after a day in the park. Highly recommend this location.
We had the most amazing week staying here this week! The location is great and so quiet. The condo was updated, clean, and so much bigger than we expected. We had everything we needed and our kiddos (3,5 & 7) were equally obsessed. Thank you so much for a great week!
Such a wonderful place. Outside spaces provided options for any time of the day. The home is roomy and just comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.
This property was perfect. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Comfortable bedrooms and great kitchen. We had breakfast on the patio every morning, played games and hung out in the living room in the evenings.
This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in.
It was a little hard to find as we arrived after dark but the property was clean, well kept and spacious for 3 couples and one child. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 7 or more people. Beautiful location as well.
Beautiful property clean and perfect for our family:-) this is the first time using a VRBO and would absolutely do it again! We have teenagers and they eat a lot of pizza would have loved a pizza cutter and soap in the downstairs bathroom as we used that one a lot coming in and out. But seriously that is it and we loved it! Thanks again!!!

Hi Heidi, we love hearing that this home was a perfect fit for your family’s first VRBO experience! After sharing your thoughtful feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:- We’ve added a pizza cutter to the kitchen. Thanks for the great suggestion!- Soap is typically stocked in all bathrooms, and our local manager would’ve been happy to bring some by if notified during your stay.Thank you for your valuable feedback.
A great home base for 3 days of adventures in Rocky Mountain National Park. The condo was clean, comfy, and well-equipped. Couldn’t be more convenient to the park, and a quick drive to downtown Estes Park. It was hot when we visited and we appreciated the effectiveness of the attic fan at cooling the unit down quickly in the evening.
I have stayed in several other units in the same building but this one out ranks them all! Simply wonderful! Elk, deer, wild turkeys all in the backyard every day.
Our family thoroughly loved our stay at this beautiful condo in the most peaceful of settings. We had plenty of room to spread out and ate most of our meals in. There was morning coffee on the decks, deer outside the windows, and games in the cabinet for a rainy evening. It was pretty much perfect!
Loved our stay at this beautiful condo. Close to Estes and the Park but in the country like we like it. Huge living room with plenty of seating for our 6 family members. Every kitchen accessory you could want or need. Super comfy beds. Plenty of fans on those warm days.
We had a great time here. Plenty of room for the six of us. Very clean and cozy, nicely decorated and updated. . All the amenities we needed. Loved the location backed up to RMNP. When we pulled up the very first day, we were greeted by a small herd of mule deer. We would definitely stay again!
