Finally, there is a proper laundry room with extra large washer and dryer and plenty of room to hang dry clothes.

A secured parking space is located directly behind the unit. Entry to parking area from the street is accessed through an electronic gate. In 2025/26, a 2nd spot is available four spaces down for $275/mo.

The home is owner-occupied part of the year so it is fully stocked with linens, towels, beach towels, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, cookware and basic tools.
