This home is a well maintained 2 story waterfront home. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 FULL bathrooms (main level bathroom remodeled in 2018! Main level flooring replaced January 2020!) . Can comfortably sleeps 9 people!

Master Bedroom - 1 queen bed
Upstairs North Bedroom - 2 queen beds and 1 twin beds.
Upstairs South Bedroom - 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed
Living Room - Has a pullout couch if necessary.

Full kitchen and dining room. A/C. Dish TV service and high speed internet. Dock for parking your boat and firepit by the lake!

House is located in Prudenville, just a couple miles from shopping, golf, attractions, and food. This home has been in our family for years and we use it as our own vacation home.

Great fishing year round! Trailhead is only a few minutes away for snowmobiling in the winter and dirt-biking the rest of the year.

Golf team 2 night stay

It was well appointed with dishes and other kitchen essentials. They even had spices from previous guests which helps. The only thing I would suggest is that they invest in some cheap frying pans and sheet pans and throw the other ones out. It was hard to cook in them and even harder to clean them.
