Stunning Lodge with Private Hot Tub in Doolin Village, beside Cliffs of Moher.
Rest and recharge with family or friends in absolute comfort at this stunning Lodge in Doolin Village. Herringbone floors, heaps of natural light, and an indulgent private outdoor hot tub combine with village and castle views. It‘s the perfect base to rest and recharge.
While infants under 12 months are welcome, our lodge is not suitable for families with young children, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children under 10 yrs old.
Located in Doolin village at the start of the amazing Cliffs of Moher coastal walk Castle View lodge features a large fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area leading out onto a hardwood deck with hot-tub overlooking a 500 yr old castle.
Reception accommodation includes a large lounge and sunroom. Comfy couches are positioned just so you can sit and enjoy the wonderful countryside views. (The fireplace is for decorative purposes only)
Three sumptuous bedrooms provide exceptionally comfortable sleeping at this amazing vacation rental. Two king-size rooms and one room with two twins each have a private bathroom, all with rain showers, heated LED mirrors, and towel rails. We provide all the bedding, linens, and towels for your stay, plus a daily housekeeping service on request.
Each bedroom features a flat-screen smart television with access to over 100 channels and online services such as Netflix. Complimentary wifi throughout the lodge.
Towels are supplied. Daily housekeeping is available on request.

This lodge comes with 3 car parking spaces and access to a paid EV charge point. Please note the car park and EV charge point are shared with our neighboring Fisherstreet lodge. The deck and hot tub at your lodge are not shared.
PERSONAL CHECK-IN
On arrival at your Lodge you will be greeted personally by your host who will walk you through the property and provide advice and help on booking restaurants or pointing you to the right pub or island, During your stay, there will always be a helping hand available if required to make your time away in Doolin as effortless and easy as possible.
GROCERIES,
We provide complimentary fresh milk along with coffee and tea in your lodge to get you started. We also offer Doolin water cartons, a selection of local craft beers, select wines, and champagnes, for sale in your Lodge. There is a small grocery shop in Doolin, however for more choice, it might be best to pick up what food or snack items you need on the way in Ennistymon. We recommend the Cheese Press for local cheese, smoked fish, and bread, the Market House for meats and deli items and Supervalu for everything else.

You can enhance your stay with a variety of unforgettable destination experiences tailored to be exclusively for you in the privacy of your lodge. Ocean View Lodge, Fisherstreet Lodge, Castle View Lodge, and Horseshoe House. All with stunning views and in the best locations. All our properties are approved and inspected by Failte Ireland, Ireland's national tourism body.
SUSTAINABLE TOURISM:
We are also passionate about sustainable tourism. We believe that ecotourism is the way for Doolin and the Burren and Cliffs of Moher Geopark to develop tourism in a sustainable way. We try to consider the environment in all that we do. It is absolutely vital that we look towards long term, sustainable solutions that protect our outdoor spaces and minimize harmful CO2 emissions.
USE OF RENEWABLE ENERGY
To minimize our CO2 emissions, wee primarily use renewable energy sources. Photovoltaic solar panels convert energy from the sun into electricity which is stored in our battery bank and used to run our hot tubs and provide electricity to the lodges. Flatplate solar collectors convert energy from the sun providing hot water for Lodge bathrooms and kitchens. We use BIO LPG produced from renewable feedstocks such as plant and vegetable waste material to heat the lodges.
We have also taken steps to lower energy consumption throughout our properties, using advanced heating controls, LED lighting, motion-sensitive lighting, and lots of insulation.

You have the best of everything with pubs and restaurants only a 2-minute walk away while still being able to enjoy the peace and quiet of your private terrace and garden with your own hot tub.
The owners live in Doolin just two minutes away and are available if needed to help with reservations and planning.
Doolin is one hour northwest of Shannon Airport and approximately three and a half hours from Dublin Airport. Private Drive Chauffeur Services are available for airport transfers. Please contact us for details.
If you are flying into Ireland try to Fly into Shannon as it is a lot more convenient. Taxis, car hire, and a bus service to Doolin are available from Shannon Airport. Once in Doolin, it's possible to walk to most things and local taxis can be booked usually with a few hour's notice.
There is a public bus serving the Cliffs of Moher Experience. It's also possible to hike along the Cliffs of Moher and get a taxi - bus back to Doolin.
Doolin Harbour for ferries to the Aran Islands and Cliffs of Moher is a 15-minute walk from your lodge. Use the discount code seaviewhouse to save 10% on ferry tickets.
If you want to explore the Burren you will need a bicycle or car. Bicycle hire is available in Doolin. Private Drive Chauffeur Services to tour the Burren need to be pre-booked.
