Great location near Del Mar Avenue where there are tons of restaurants and shops. Nice neighbors. The place was clean and spacious. I would totally stay there again and recommend it to any visitors. Riki is a great host!!

Basic place to stay. Can walk to beach, but all up hill returning home. Could use nicer furniture to make it more pleasant and comfortable. Not sure what are the views, typical beach neighborhood. Riki was very friendly and helpful

Great Place/Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at “Beautiful Views”. Location was close to everything- shops, restaurants, the pier and trolley. The place was fully equipped to cook and eat in or to have happy hour out on the large deck. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to anyone visiting San Clemente!

Fun Beach Vacay

Perfect location to shops and the beach. The cottage was clean and comfortable and the balcony was enjoyable. Riki was very nice and welcoming and helped set the tone for our beach getaway. We look forward to staying here again!

My host Riki was extraordinary. She provided a beautiful home with lovely accommodations. Riki supplied any and all necessary items. She was totally available to answer any questions or supply anything I may have needed. Plus Riki is a delightful person to work with.
