Convenient downtown location, open year round! On the second, top-floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a non-smoking, no vaping inside, no pets 1 BR + loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thomson river and Fall river.
This unit has an enclosed bedroom downstairs and another bed in the open loft upstairs (no door in between loft and living room). Downstairs there's a bathroom with shower and jetted tub, upstairs there's a toilet and a jetted tub.
This unit has a kitchen with mini appliances, full size appliances do not fit with the loft layout, so it has a narrow range, a smaller dishwasher and a mini fridge (under the counter top) - please be aware if you plan to cook (most of our guests don't). Condo has river views from front deck, skylight, fireplace, WiFi internet and cable channels. No washer or dryer available for guest use, but there is a laundromat in town.
Convenient location - walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk. This is a downtown location, if you are sensitive to car and people traffic, please look elsewhere.

Really cool spot along the river! We loved being able to walk anywhere in town and enjoyed getting to see some wildlife too! The AC is not really built for super hot days, so just know to open windows at night and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible!
The Loft: We have stayed at the Loft in the past and was never disappointed clean, close to downtown and shopping. With parking very close. We will recommend the Loft to family and friends Thank you
The loft was in a great location! Clean, great communication with host and easy access to everything!! If I had to say any fault it would be that the AC didn’t circulate throughout the house but fans helped! Thanks again for a wonderful experience in Estes Park!!
Wonderful location and loft - beds were super comfy and my friend enjoyed the jetted tub upstairs- just wish the air conditioning would have cooled the downstairs
This place was perfectly and centrally located - restaurants, Elkhorn Ave shops, coffee shops were walkable, and only a few minutes from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Great location!
Post site accurate.Best location for v short stroll to downtown.Parking arrangements terrific.I lacked patience to learn basic TV operation-quick start guide suggested.A/C in upstairs only.In late June, lucky we cooled unit quickly by opening windows form warmth accumulated during day.
The loft was a fantastic hub for exploring Estes Park -- right around the corner from downtown and the riverwalk, and very centrally located for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park (as well as nearby hikes and trails outside of the park). Even the Stanley Hotel was just a hop, skip and a jump away. The place itself was super comfortable and pretty much exactly as advertised. Parking was a mite tricky, but the owners provided lots of detail, so be sure to read their instructions closely (as I should have done!). We'd definitely stay there again, and may well have to, as our kid is already asking when we can go back to Estes Park.
The property was nice. Couple of things when we got in. The coffee pot still had coffee in it. And the fridge is pretty small. The Location was great, but it is hard to leave windows open to keep the room cool because it is very noisy outside. From worker vehicles to late night loud people and cars. Overall rating good...just a few minor issues. Odd we coud not use washer and dryer wither
Very happy with our stay. Cannot beat the location, walkable to everything. Communication was great too! Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Estes Park.
Spacious place in a good location. Easy to walk to the store and restaurants on the main strip. Parking is on a little bit of a busy road but manageable.
I absolutely loved this place. The location is great, just a block away/walking distance to the Estes Park downtown area. It is close to everywhere. I will rent here again.
