Thank you for your kind words! The cutting board I did realize was missing right before your stay . I will definitely get another one . You are welcome back anytime!
The property was accurately described online and was clean and comfortable. What made this property stand out was the thoughtful accommodations and the host! There was so much thought put into making the home comfortable and cozy for either a single occupant or a large family. From extra pillows and blankets to a closet with games, etc. we had everything we needed. Angela (host) was wonderful! She checked in to see if we were able to access the property and was easy to reach and work with. I’ll definitely recommend this property to others.
We enjoyed staying here, the house was clean and well taken care of. Close to the Kentucky Horse Park. Angela was a terrific host. I would definitely stay here again.

Great, safe location! Property just as described online. The owner has put a lot of thought into hosting people and anything you need is in the house. Great backyard for our dog was very nice stay.
We stopped here on our way to Asheville and Tampa. Home was comfortable and clean. We had a nice short stay before heading south. Shower was great after a long drive. Thank you!

Literally everything you need is in this house and it’s a short trip to the horse park for a horse show. Thank you so much, Angela. We always enjoy staying with you.
A nice option over a hotel. Set up with two bedrooms/ bathrooms and loft with additional beds. Conveniently located for siteseeing. Ideal for not dealing with city traffic/congestion.

Thanks for being great guest! It was a pleasure hosting you all!
This house worked very well for two senior couples. We didn't have to use the loft so spiral staircase was a non-issue. Very clean and kitchen was well-stocked. Would book again!
Perfect location for a trip to the Kentucky Horse Park for a group of 4 adults. The neighborhood is quiet and house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well-appointed with dishes/glasses, etc. and the living room has plenty of seating. Kentucky Horse Park was a short drive away, and there are plenty of restaurant options nearby. Owner was very responsive to communications. Great option for 4 friends traveling together. Would definitely stay here again!
My review is a little different than most because we stayed for an entire week rather than just a few days, so I pretty much got to try out “all the things.” (1) the location is AMAZING, especially if you are attending an event at the Kentucky Horse Park. Super easy drive, quiet safe neighborhood, and LOTS of places to eat nearby. (2) The beds have the softest, fluffiest mattresses that just envelop you. Which was wonderful when I was 20, maybe not quite so much that I am 60, lol. So keep that in mind if you are of an “experienced “ age. (3) The house was very clean. Furniture was nice and the decor was perfect for Kentucky—horses and bourbon were the theme. My personal favorite was the blingy bedroom chandeliers, but that’s the horse-shoe mom in me! There were plenty of towels, pillows, and bedding also. (4) I will admit I was a bit of a needy guest for the first day, but the owner was extremely responsive to my questions, and came over to fix a fuse I managed to blow within the first day of being there. Word of advice—probably don’t use every possible kitchen appliance at the same time…My bad. That being said, the kitchen was very well stocked with a microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, coffee pot, Keurig, electric mixer, crock pot, waffle maker, etc. There’s plenty of cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, and glasses. I think the only thing I looked for and didn’t find was a cutting board and scissors. All in all, I’d stay again, but maybe bring a mattress topper. A
