Comfy 4 bedroom home with a casual, coastal theme within walking distance to Easton's Beach. Hardwood floors, stainless appliances, 2 full bathrooms and a screened porch. Walk out of the porch to the nicely landscaped fenced back yard, which leads to the cottage. The cottage is a fully separated unit, with 1 bedroom, a full bathroom and its own kitchen. The living room, which is the center of the cottage, has a vaulted ceiling and wood stove for cozy evenings.

Both the house and cottage come complete with linens and kitchenware; there are even towels for the beach!

Great spot for families

Really excellent spot for a few families with young children. The location is great, the home is comfortable, and Kim was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The separate cottage is a very nice bonus.

Great house for large group

The location was perfect for downtown and beaches. We comfortably fit 8 people, but parking was the only issue. We fit 7 cars but had to strategically place them :-). Overall though awesome place for any large group.

Newport Stay

This home and cottage were a perfect stay for our weekend trip to Newport. The AC worked perfectly and kept us cool and host provided Beach towels which was a pleasant (and needed) surprise. It was in a convenient location and close to local beaches. It was easy and quick to call an Uber during our night out. Would definitely stay again!

Great overall experience. Kim was very attentive. Property very close to downtown and a quick Uber ride away without the hassle of the traffic and congestion of Newport.

Beautiful home, great location, very good for a large family with kids

We had a wonderful stay! The yard was wonderful for our kids. If someone had children younger than ours, the lack of gates in the backyard could be a challenge. Beautiful neighborhood with ocean views and beach access that begged daily walks. Don’t go swimming on Easton’s Beach - the seaweed is gross and full of larva. Second Beach is a 5 min drive and stunning! Only bummer w the house was that the dishwasher in the main house was broken but we managed fine and we would stay again in heartbeat!

Not exactly as expected

Overall the property was nice and a great location. Pillows and mattresses old and stained. Living room and dining carpet stained. Couch and all seat cushions old and stained. Gas grill and yard tables rusted an unusable. Broken dish washer, and TV’s didn’t work. Washer and dryer in dingy cellar surrounded by spider and cobwebs. Sadly these are all things that can be fixed easily and this would be a great property

Perfection on the beach

Our family and extended family loved our three day stay at your home. Beautiful house, very spacious and homey and super clean and well equipped. Near a beautiful beach and in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything in downtown Newport Hope to come again!

Great home in a great location.

Kim’s home was spacious and exactly as advertised. It was well maintained and clean, and had wonderful spaces to gather with the friends staying with me. Location was exactly what we were looking for. Kim was communicative and made checking in and out a breeze. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Beach house

The comforters were stained. The mattresses were older than my oldest who is 12. They had foam on top of the mattresses which made for a sweaty sleep. The owner was nice and lived close by. We misplaced a key and she was close enough for us to go get one. We found the key after. There was a second cottage on the property and thats where my parents stayed. When I told her about the key situation she asked why the keys weren't together. It's a separate home! How would the other person get in and out when they wanted if the keys were together. Beautiful area. Way to expensive not worth it this time around.

Newport Stay

Property was great , close the beach and a very short drive to Thames St, Newport. House was great specifically the detached guest house. Any questions I had pertaining to the property were answered extremely quick and the house included various amenities that are usually not included in a rental property.

Comfortable home

The house and cottage were perfect for our family in town for a wedding in Newport. It is an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood is lovely and safe.

Amazing stay near Newport

Kim’s property is an amazing location just outside of Newport and a short walk to the beach! It’s a very comfortable beach cottage with an updated kitchen and a bonus back house with kitchen. We loved spending time on the screened porch or on the front steps with views of the ocean. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Great house, great location.

House is perfect for 6-7 adults. Living space is small but bedrooms are sizable and kitchen easy to work in! Ocean view is wonderful. There is no AC so if that is an issue for you, look on.
