Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
A 4-digit pin will be provided for all door locks. To operate, place back of hand against keypad to "wake it up." Enter pin, then hit checkmark. To lock, place back of hand against keypad.
During Place trash in gray bin. Use yellow trash bags (provided) that are required by the Town of Middletown. Place recycling only in blue bin (recyclable glass, paper, plastic).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is comprised of traditional and older cottage style homes together with beautiful new and renovated homes near the ocean. The smaller sized lots push people to interact and the result is a friendly and active neighborhood. We often see dogs and their walkers, cyclists, and others out for a stroll.

What makes this property unique

Our house combines the best of the old and new. Our traditional cape style home has some great older features but a brand new kitchen, newly installed central AC, and other upgrades.
