Apartment looks better in photos than real experience

Hello. Experience was not great but support from owner was very good. We travelled from another country and when we arrived, we had no towels, tea towels, bed sheets nor mops. And add didn't gave option to rent. We rented other aparts on previous years and all items were included (similar prices). Add said items were not included but legend is very small to notice. Owner kindly managed to solve our problem the same day we arrived. Electronics such as coffee machine, washing machine and microwave had no maintenance and did not work properly. Walls were dirty (in photos they look very pretty). WiFi only worked in living room. Almost all our devices disconnected automatically with no reason. Smart TV with same issue. This is a problem for rainy days. Bathroom space is very compact. Difficult to handle with small children (bath specially). Beach service was very good. Swimming pool is deep. No flat surface for children. We did not use the tennis court, the breakfast lounge nor the playground for children so not able to evaluate. Location is very good. It's beach front and has restaurant options nearby. Thank you

O imóvel é ótimo. A localização é perfeita. A limpeza é péssima e deixa muito a desejar. A água da caixa também estava muito suja (nas privadas, nas torneiras). Se a limpeza fosse bem feita voltaria inúmeras outras vezes para o imóvel que atende muito bem a todas as necessidades. Boas instalações, ventilado, ótimos profissionais no condomínio.

Lugar delicioso mas falta manutenção

O condomínio é uma delicia e realmente em frente a praia. O apto porém precisa de manutenção. Lampada quebrada, armários com dobradiças ruins, armário do banheiro muito ruim, paredes precisando de pintura, churrasqueira precisando de uma super limpeza, toldo da área externa precisando ser lavado, jardim precisando ser limpo. Além disto a limpeza tb deixou a desejar. Anfitrião super atencioso!

As fotos são fiéis à casa, que é muito boa. O condomínio também é excelente, os funcionários são muito prestativos e o deck de apoio na praia é muito bom. Adoramos tudo e pretendemos voltar.
