The spacious living area is the perfect headquarters for your family vacation. There's plenty of room to spread out and relax, and the sleeper sofa (fitted with luxury linens, of course) accommodates two extra guests. There is also a flat screen television, and we have stocked the condo with plenty of DVDs (including Yakov's specials). This is truly one of the best places to make family memories!

- Two Bedrooms -
The bedroom suites in this property are very private. Located on either side of the main hallway, both suites are connected to their own bathrooms. The master bath includes a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower, and the second bedroom has a standard full bathroom. Our guests tell us that our beds are the most comfortable, so you are guaranteed to have a great night's sleep after spending a fun-filled day out on Table Rock Lake. Both bedrooms also include a flat screen television.

- Fully-Equipped Kitchen -
The fully-equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to make your favorite meal - you just provide the food! There's plenty of counter space on the granite countertops, and the stainless steel appliances are all full size, including the dishwasher. The dining room table seats six, and there is also additional space at the breakfast bar. The views of the lake from the dining room windows are incredible! This property also includes a washer and dryer.

The best place to start your day is on the spacious deck. Hear the lake lapping on the shore, enjoy your morning coffee, take your fishing pole and walk down to the lake. The marina is only 200 yards away, with a courtesy dock during the day. There is no trailer parking at the resort without reservations either from the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive. The condo complex also has a pool and a grilling area, and you are just a ten minute drive from the Branson strip and all the best attractions and shows.
