We had a great stay in Paia! The home was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the property manager was great to work with. The backyard is a peaceful place to relax and has a nice view of the natural area behind the home. You can even see the ocean in the distance. The best thing though is the location- downtown Paia is only a 5-10 minute walk away, and there is some amazing food there! You're right at the start of the road to Hana too and its spectacular waterfalls and beaches. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is outstanding if you prefer the Borth shore, which we do. The house is very comfortable and worked well for us and our sister. Good separation of space. A nice yard, lovely flowers to admire from the living room. It’s not a fancy place, but it’s well maintained and managed. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is adequate, especially appreciated the washer and dryer. We were there three weeks. Highly recommend it.

This house is not as advertised. The photos on the listing do not match the furniture or decor in the home. The house is in need of repairs and some of the decor shows significant wear and should be replaced.

We generally always give our guests a positive review. They are friendly and communicative. But, HOMEOWNERS and PROPERTY MANAGERS BEWARE. This guest was looking for a FREE stay. She enjoyed her full tenancy, over the holidays, and then filed a fraudulent chargeback with her bank, with no communication. Guests before and after her are happy, content, and satisfied. Furniture and decor is fresh and always updated. This guest damaged items in our home. VRBO is now is disputing her false claims on our behalf. Again, unfortunately, BEWARE.

Cute Cottage Close to Town

This cottage was perfect because it was so spacious, very private from neighbors, and a close walk into town. The communication for checkin and check out were very clear and the host was very nice! 10/10 I would stay here again!!
