About this property

Single level ground fl 2 bed 2 bath Villa. Only 5 Miles to Disney's Main Gate!

Located in Grand Palms. This Resort is located off Hwy 192 and Lindfields Blvd., just 4.5 miles west of Disney’s Main Gate!

This fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa sleeps up to 6 people. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom with a full private bath & 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. There are also 2 folding beds in the unit (these are best suited for children and young adults).

This unit features 3 TV’s all with Roku. Watch live TV thru the Roku channel guide or log-in to use your own Netflix, Hulu or other streaming accounts.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full size appliances, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There is also a washer and dryer plus linens and towels in your unit (pool towels are NOT included) .

This is a single level villa, so no one running over your head. You also have the convenience of parking at your front door. The villa has a small screened enclosed patio to enjoy a beverage of your choice and relax after a long day at the parks.

This complex has a large heated pool, spa, tennis courts, BBQ area with gazebo and a fitness room. Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm.

There are many restaurants, shopping, Target, Walmart and golf within 1 to 2 miles. Located only 2.5 miles away is the new Margaritaville Resort, Island H20 Live Water Park & the Promenade at Sunset Walk. This beautiful outdoor entertainment district is home to casual eateries, fine dining, shopping & entertainment...

Other things to note: There is parking for 1 car in the driveway. No Street Parking is Allowed. Additional free parking is available at the pool area. PLEASE DO NOT PARK CARS IN THE GARAGE.

We supply you with a starter kit consisting of: 2 toilet paper rolls, 2 small bar soaps & 1 travel size bottle of shampoo per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, laundry soap for 1 load, 2 dishwasher pods & a 4 oz bottle of dish detergent & 2 trash bags per container. From there it is your responsibility to replenish as needed. Extra supplies must be purchased at the store.

The lowest the AC temperature can go is 72 degrees, any lower will cause the AC to freeze up & stop working.

Great home base for Orlando fun

We spent 4 nights with our four-person family at this bright and cozy condo and it was perfect for our needs. Quiet location, Privacy, lots of comfortable furniture, and a fully equipped kitchen. It central locations to Orlando’s theme parks and easy highway access was ideal for our action-packed stay. The only downside was the beds were no the most comfortable.

The only really good thing was the location and the kindness of the host. There was a living American Cockroach in the kitchen. I reported it and the host told me it was a Palmetto Bug. When I told her my fiancé who was with us is an entomologist (insect scientist), she then confirmed it was a cockroach. There are lots of cans of Raid in the garage, so they obviously knew there was a pest problem. The amenities were lacking, and the space was not very clean. The unit could use a deep clean and maintenance - sealing the grout, doors, windows, etc. Lots of dust, very stingy with things like toilet paper and paper towels. No conditioner provided. The throw blanket on the bed was not washed and had a gross white crusty stain. There were random clothes from previous guests under the bed. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Short Florida getaway

This property was just what we needed for our Florida getaway. The host was very responsive. The house was clean and comfortable. There are plenty of great food options nearby. It was only a short 15 minute drive to ESPN wide world of sports where my daughter was competing. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Total Relaxation!

Nice quiet location with pool away from all the tourists visiting Disney but still close to everything. The condo is equipped with all you need. My only comment would be the king mattress should be replaced soon.

GREAT PLACE

First of all I would like to thank Barb at Sun Country Villa's for great communication and outstanding service. Don't hesitate to rent through Sun Country Villa's you won't be disappointed. The unit was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The unit and kitchen were well equipped . Thanks again Barb for a wonderful stay.

Amazing Place and Host!

We experienced amazing PR and hospitality from the moment we booked until right up until we left. The condo was exceptionally clean and updated. We are lap swimmers and enjoyed the large pool and hot tub. Since it was January, we were the only ones using the pool/hot tub. Our host was quick to respond to any question or need, even after hours. When we couldn't get the station on TV to watch the college football championship game, our host even sent a colleague to help us. The location was superb for going to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, only minutes away. The condo was quiet, relaxing, and welcoming. It was stocked with everything we needed for the four nights we spent there. If we ever visit Orlando again, this would be our first pick to stay. We have worked at a large conference center in WA for 46 years and this experience checked off every box in PR and hospitality training.

The management team communicated everything in detail and were very attentive and responsive. The complex itself is showing its age but there were no glaring deficiencies. The pool and hot tub area was very spacious. The hot tub was nice and hot. The pool, which I think was listed as heated, was extremely cold. Refreshing if hot out, but too cold to swim for us. It was a short walk from our unit. Overall a pleasant place for our short Disney vacation.

The home we stayed in was nice but it needs some attention to detail. It could use a really good deep cleaning. There was a lot of dust on the ceilings in every room and the walls were really dirty in some areas. Other than that it was comfortable. It served its purpose. I would rent from here again for a long weekend. The property manager was quick with her responses to any questions I had and was kind enough to allow us an early check in. The check in process was very easy too. They email all the instructions to you and it’s all very clear.
