Enjoyed our stay mid January! The apartment itself was perfect for 2 couples and the kitchen was well stocked! The only disappointing part was that the outdoor hot tub was not working. We let the host know, but the building management team was unable to fix it. We primarily chose this VRBO due to that specific amenity so it was a bit of a let down. Nonetheless, I appreciated that the host was communicative with us regarding this issue.
Location was good to everything we needed. Place was clean, but basic. TV and WiFi were extremely slow, and bathrooms could use a better (deep) clean. Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked, and hot tub was nice after skiing all day. Overall, we would look at this place again
The condo is located in a good central location to many ski resorts and is convenient to stores and restaurants. The interior is pretty basic and the pictures are accurate. It worked fine for our family ski trip, but don't expect luxurious accommodations.
A couple things that were challenges - the hot tubs were a main attraction for us, but were closed during COVID. We did not know and were not told until 24 hours before check-in. I would not have booked this condo if I had known.
The other challenge was with the outdated thermostats (80's style). We could not regulate the temperature and it was hot most of the time. We had to open the doors to help cool it off. The fireplace was nice, but didn't help with the heat problem.

Hi Andrew, we're glad to hear that you enjoyed the condo! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: 1) We do not advertise as being a luxurious destination, and as you said, our listing photos accurately reflect the home. 2) All community hot-tubs are closed in Summit County due to the pandemic. We apologize that these precautions caught you off guard and hope that the measures taken to resolve this issue made up for the inconvenience. 3) While the condo can take some time to dial in your perfect temperature, there are plenty of windows to open for our guests' comfort. Thanks for your review!
We stayed a week at this comfortable condo. The screen doors at front & back cooled it off quickly and breezes through it all day. Nice porch to sit on and enjoy the views. Loved having the tall table & chairs on deck so you can see over the railing! Great kitchen, comfortable beds and handy washer & dryer. The keys to door are a little tricky so wiggle and work with them for awhile and they will open the door. You're working through a property manager but the owner made contact with us also. I think you will enjoy your stay here with the fresh mountain air and views.

Perfect Mountain Escape
Our family stayed here for a long ski weekend last season and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect for anyone with an Epic pass because you can so easily access several of the resorts. The views from the living room are stunning and help you quickly escape. The two bedrooms are large and comfortable and provide plenty of sleeping arrangements for your group. The building has a hot tub that was great to use at the end of a day on the slopes. The condo has all of the amenities you could need to enjoy a weekend away. All of the furnishings are top notch and comfortable. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Quiet and Convenient Mountain Retreat
The best feature is the location in Silverthorne. The property is back in a neighborhood, about ten minutes from the highway and it has the most amazing views of the mountains from the living room. It is also a 10 minute walk from some trails and some great showshoeing. We were a 20-30 minute drive from the Breckinridge ski area and about that far from Vail and Loveland ski areas.
The house can comfortably sleep 4-6 and has a nicely set up open kitchen and a beautiful deck overlooking the mountains. The hot tub was a short walk away and was perfect after skiing. Restaurants and bars were only a 5-10 minute drive down the hill, but we also just bought food and made it in the house and enjoyed a night in.
We enjoyed a great weekend there and we are already planning on going back!

Pretty good stay.
The property is exactly as advertised. Good location and nice view. The only issue came when a water pipe somewhere else in the building froze and busted. Left our unit without water for about 12 hours. I tried calling the phone number for the maintenance company, but only ever got a voicemail (in their defense, it was late on New Year's Eve when this happened). Happened to see the plumber the next morning and talked to him to find out what was going on. Well after the water was fixed, the maintenance company called back. (Again, this was over a holiday.)
Otherwise, very easy unit to access and use.
