Exclusive access to the entire property (780 sqm land) – a Luxury home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big bunglow with kitchenette and attached bathroom, gardens in the front & back of the house and large swimming pool (9 metres X 5 metres) with a shallow end for children with a depth of 0.5metres) and the deep end for adults of 1.8metres. A very private, peaceful and secure home. Accommodates a total of 11 adults in the property. please read below for more details.
If you love the outdoors, you will feel at home in our luscious gardens with large trees bordering 780 sqm of land, especially around the pool area within high fences and automatic gates – a perfect blend of a peaceful, relaxed indoor/outdoor lifestyle, with plenty of place for children to play in a secure environment which is spacious and clean. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, including access to 3 Train routes and bus stop a step out of the house.
Brighton is a premium location and home to a large number of celebrities. You will enjoy the best of beach side living, Close to Sandringham yacht club- convenient if you have a wedding to attend, Shopping, restaurants & Cafes. Brighton is 11 kms south east of Melbourne's CBD. This property offers you close access to the beach; coastal walking trails, as well as access to a range of high-quality shopping, restaurants, and cafes
The main house accommodates 7 adults. The self contained Bungalow with 2 sofa beds accommodates 4 adults. A total of 11 adults can be accommodated in the property
BUNGLOW Has a separate cost of $150 a night if rented with the main house and a cleaning fee of $150. If you book for more then 7 guests the Bungalow fee of $150 a day and a one off cleaning fee of $150 with automically apply. Bungalow can be rented out separately with the pool, if the main house is not rented, send a request. Rent will be $200 a night, minimum 4 nights. Bungalow has attached bathroom/toilet & kitchenette. Other facilities include 1 Sofa bed, 1 futon, dining set for 4, large flat TV, portable Fan & heater bed linen, quilts, pillows, towels etc
The other amenities include free WIFI, free phone calls to landline and mobiles within Australia only (other calls are chargeable),large flat screen smart TV, ducted heating in all rooms including bathrooms, beautifully designed bathrooms with walk in showers in both bathrooms, no step or shower screens, split system air conditioning, undercover car park, free onsite parking (6 cars), Video intercom, top of the range appliances, upmarket furnishings, high-quality linen, polished hardwood floors, video intercom, high fences, automatic gates.
SWIMMING POOL: Requires atleast 3-4 hot days to warm up.
Check in (5-8pm)/check out (by 1pm)- flexible timing with prior approval
Host will meet and greet you at the property at a time suitable for you to hand over keys and pick up keys, do not leave keys at the property please.

Ashleigh & her family were lovely guests!!! They kept the house very clean and tidy and abided by all the house rules. We would love to have them again....

I always wanted a big propery with large gardens and a swimming pool and most importantly walking distance to the beach. I love water and a walk down the beach to relax on a stressfull day or my daily walks is just out of this world. This was our first property and it was love at first sight, with an offer made within a day and accepted. The biggest decision I have made in my life in a flash. The house says it all....
