Overall it was a great and comfortable stay in close proximity to the snowflake lift as well as Brek main street. The garage and elevator made packing/unpacking ski gear easy.All the logistical check-in/out information was sent via text and email. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location…short walk to Main Street, bus stop out front for a short ride up the hill to the lift and then ski trail across the street to ski up at the end of the day! Condo is nice…clean and recently renovated with underground parking available onsite. Will stay here again!

Perfect in EVERY way!

Lots of stairs. Had trouble with all of the codes for access to front door, garage & trash. It was very convenient to walking to town. Lots of throw rugs on the floors.

Great place!

Super clean, comfortable. Perfect for a small family. Five minute walk to Snowlfake lift or ride the bus that picks up at the road. Covered parking is convienent. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. I would stay here again.

Great location

We were able to walk to town and enjoy Breckenridge without parking hassles. The condo is well appointed. We particularly appreciated the soap, shampoo and hand soap dispensers. Not having AC was ok, as early June was not too hot.

Excellent clean family condo

We really enjoyed the condo. Access to the ski shuttle is feet away. Snowflake lift is 2-3 minutes walk away and a spa is right next to the lift. Walking to Main Street is about 5-7 minutes. The condo parking garage is great for the cold weather and the hot tub is visible from the front door. The house is well outfitted and very clean and simple. The fire place is easy to use and having an upstairs and downstairs was nice to creat separation.

Sundowner II room 125

Unbelievably spacious property with all the amenities from your own home. Great location, walking distance to the ski rental shop and Snowflake lift which gets you up peak 8 and anywhere else you want to go. Very clean. Would definitely come back, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Great location, unit needs some love

Overall it's a decent unit, but it's seen better days. Several light fixtures were broken or missing from the walls. Sink fixtures were loose. The beds were encased in a plastic cover that made noise and was rather uncomfortable.

Nice condo, but hottub situation isn’t great.

First off, the condo itself was really nice. It had recently been updated, was very clean, and had plenty of extra blankets and towels. The shower with steam was also amazing!However we did book based on the hottub situation/pictures (my father in law has a bad back and can’t ski so that’s all he wanted to do) and it was not what we though. There’s one TINY hottub near the complex, and it is very weird and uninviting. And then the other hottubs and pools— pictured in the listing— are off property. I understand that hottubs are often located in different buildings, etc but these were not remotely walkable or convenient, especially in the snow/cold.Overall the condo was really nice, but if you’re staying for other amenities as well maybe not.

Breck Sundowner Ski Vacation

The condo is in a fabulous location with very easy access to and from the slopes. Also with its location very close to the center of town, it is an ideal location for experiencing the wonderful city of Breckenridge and all it has to offer. The condo was clean and perfect for the three of us. It does need a little attention as the lighting is very dark, especially in the kitchen, as either light bulbs are burnt out or they are very low wattage. They frying pans in the kitchen are either so severely scratched or the handles are about to fall off that they were practically unusable. The mattresses in both beds are very tired and need to be replaced. As well as they both had a plastic coverings that caused the sheets to continuously come off. With just a little attention this condo would be perfect and we would be returning for our annual ski trip to Breck.
