Thank you Michele! It was a pleasure to host you and your friends and we loved seeing how much you enjoyed the canal and the house. We'd love to host you again!
This rental was exactly as I expected. It was warm, clean, and a great size for a small family. The kids loved the yard and the water. It was close to town but was the perfect distance away from everything to make you feel refreshed. This place was perfect for kayaking, long scenic drives to unexplored towns with ocean side ice cream shops, and making memories at a family bbq out in the back deck with an amazing backdrop. The sliding glass door and windows made it feel as though the inside space was connected to the rest of the sprawling backyard. As the sun began to set we built fires in the waterfront fire pit so the littles one’s could enjoy their first s’mores. Karen had everything in the house and it was all in good shape. She was welcoming and responsive. I would highly recommend this rental!

Thank you so much for the lovely review! I certainly loved having you and your family vacation with us and pleased that you enjoyed it so much! You were great guests and are welcome to return anytime!
Adorable, well stocked, comfortable spot with great water access. Layout lives larger than it actually is with a kitchen that allows for multiple cooks and good separation between bedrooms for a restful sleep. Set back from road to limit noise but with ample back yard and beach frontage. Easy access to town, a ten minute drive to safeway and Starbucks, 1.5 hours from SeaTac. (But when you are at the house it feels like you are in a rustic retreat far from it all). Saw Bald Eagles in the trees on the property twice, had a daily visit from a Blue Herron that I think lives at the house, and seals played in the water close in. Shellfish everywhere! Spent 3 nights by myself and felt very safe. Had various small groups there with me off and on the rest of my stay (adult kids, friends) and everyone had a great time. Beds comfortable, plenty of water toys, and outdoor seating that accommodates all. A few members of my group worked remote and internet was good. Host was communicative and accessible. Hope to come back soon!!
We loved our stay at this clean and comfortable home! Karen was wonderful to work with and made the check in and out process very easy.
Great location on Hood Canal with beautiful waterfront views and plenty of space to relax both inside and out. Perfect spot for our family to get away and a great home base for day trips to both Seattle and Olympic National Park.
Comfortable home with everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation! Great water access and a perfect spot for floating in the water during a hot August week.
One small addition I would have liked to see in the listing is that the room with the king bed does not have a door. The two twin beds and king are essentially in the same space, connected by an open hallway. The ceilings in both of these areas are sloped, so ducking is necessary at the edges of the rooms.
We were there for a family reunion. Location is wonderful with amazing views and all of the comforts of home. Everyone loved it and we will certainly come again
Not only was this home comfortable and clean, the views of the water were spectacular through the wall of windows in the living space and kitchen/ dining area. We loved all the outdoor space on the back deck and chairs out by the the water. The bedroom/bathroom configuration was perfect for our family of four. Beautiful drive from Belfair to the Cady Creek house. Would definitely stay there again!

Great guests that we would be happy to host again!
My family and I (myself, wife and 4 children) had an amazing time at this place. The waterfront, views and amenities were great to spend full days at the property and proximity to Olympic Peninsula and other sites was great for day trips. We hope to be back some day.
Me and my family stayed in this home for 5 days over the 4th July. It is perfect for a family of 4 or 6. The kitchen was nicely updated and fully equipped, which was nice as we cooked several meals at the home and had everything we needed equipment wise. The view is gorgeous, and we will definitely be going back.

Brian and his family were delightful guests! They truly enjoyed the home, the beach and all of the local festivities. It was great to see the kids enjoy the beach, water and play with neighbor kids making memories. He was very good with communication both before and during their stay. The home was left very clean and tidy so that we could quickly ready the home for the next guests. We would be delighted to have Brian and his family stay again next year!

Lovely. Wonderful peaceful retreat.
My family loved Karen’s place. The setting was so peaceful, the backyard great for our kids, the creek and beach great for hours of family entertainment, and the house was recently updated and perfectly staged for short term rental with every thoughtful amenity we could think of. We didn’t have the tv on the entire time and didn’t even miss it. Karen asked about our children and provided a portable crib and baby gate. The towels, linens, pillows and bedding were all great quality and comfy. We were there for a week and the kids kept asking if we could stay forever.

What makes this property unique
Waterfront cabin set way back from the road, right on the no bank beach. There is a lawn area for play and a natural stream flowing across the yard. The beach is loaded with sealife and depending upon the tides has lots to offer in terms of swimming, beach combing, shelling, paddling, water skiing and just relaxing around the campfire.
