This property is a jewel of Cupe Coy, the top location of the island. Major upgrades are made to meet guests' wishes including new (Nov 2023) 65" Samsung 4K TV, Netflix Premium (4K) subscription, new Italian furniture, new premium pocket-coil mattresses, large LG fridge (July 2023 upgrade) , new DeLonghi espresso machine, new AC, microwave oven, washer, dryer, fans, etc. There are two independent AC units but they are really not necessary in this apartment that is never heated by direct sunlight and constantly cooled by ocean breeze flowing through every room. Instead, you can open terrace doors wide and enjoy sounds and smells of the mighty ocean presence in your bedroom all night long. On the terrace, be amazed by the panoramic ocean view with huge cruise ships, yachts, catamarans, island of Saba, etc. On certain days, you may see St. Eustatius and even St. Kitts on the horizon. You can also enjoy ocean view from the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen/bar, master bedroom, vanity room with two sinks and even from the master bathroom.
