Cost is determined based upon your planned usage of the property. 4500sf two-story home with panoramic lake and mountain views from both levels. 6 large bedrooms, 2 fireplaces, private hot tub over looking the lake and mountains, 2 kitchens, wine fridge, pool table, pinball machine, and shuffleboard. Minutes from Zephyr Cove beach, South Tahoe skiing and hiking trails.

Featuring a fully remodeled modern contemporary lake view home. Lots of space with large rooms for that family retreat or group of friends. This custom home offers a spacious living room with open beam ceilings, huge rock fireplace, formal dining area, huge game room with fireplace, wet bar, and giant picture windows The floor plan offers two master suites on the main level in addition to 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths downstairs. Recent remodel includes all new bathrooms, cabinetry, lighting, appliances, flooring, paint, hardwood flooring and more.

For winter months, the home is easily accessible from the main road with only slight inclines to drive and a completely level driveway (much easier than many homes in Zephyr Heights).

The home is about 3 minutes drive from Zephyr Cove, 10 minute drive to the Heavenly slopes, 3 minute drive to the boat ramp and 25 minute drive to incline village.

Perfect Family Christmas House

Our family of 15 met up here for Christmas. It was the perfect house for us and Matt was an outstanding host. He was very responsive to all of our questions and even kept us updated when the power went out. The bedrooms are nice, ample bathrooms for a large family, the kitchen well-equipped and the downstairs perfect for gathering. We got snowed in, but had fun sledding in the back yard. Thanks Matt for having a Christmas tree. We had a perfect Christmas.

Multi generational family gathering

This property was awesome for our multi generational family gathering. Main floor master bedrooms were perfect for the “stair challenged “. Basement was perfect for the grandkids aged 15 to 25 with its bedrooms and large game room. Great location and awesome we could travel with the fury family members. Kitchen nicely stocked and when I asked if a crockpot was available owner supplied one! Thanks a million! Hot tub saw lots of use also.

Sunsets are amazing

The house is great. Game room was fantastic for our group. The views are beautiful from the deck. Make sure to bring tpilet paper we ran out quickly.
