PERMIT NUMBER 201381. no guest or parties. allowed..The house and cottage both are fully furnished with stocked kitchen in house, kitchenettes in guest house.. outdoor BBQ, each unit has flat TV, and Queen size bed with luxurious linens. Gated yard for your privacy and (1 small PET 20lbs or less...IS CONSIDERED WITH MANAGEMENT APPROVAL... Pet fee $25.00each pet per per night All pets are not to be left alone on the property inside or out if you are not there. No Aggressive animals. PLEASE NO SMOKERS!!! No children under 18yr are to be in the guest house without supervision. These units are well cared and both are newly remodeled as of oct 24. This area offers many exciting dining options and activities within walking distance. Crows Nest Restaurant has excellent cuisine, ocean views, nightly entertainment and summer beach parties with outdoor music. Johnny Harborside Restaurant offers great seafood with harbor views. Cafe' EL Palomar has a Mexican cuisine and is a great place tom watch sport volleyball. Kind Grind is a coffee shop with pastries, smoothies,and a deli. Aldo Restaurant is on the dock and serves breakfast outdoors.
Activities on the Harbor are abundant. Rent SUP Boards and stand up paddle through the harbor and bay with friends, kayak, or plan a cruise on the chardonnay II charter which offers many dining options while sailing on the Beautiful Monterey Bay, or just take a stroll and catch a glimpse of the seals and sea otters that love to play in the bay. Santa Cruz has 29 miles of beaches to explore, famous surfing spots from steamers lane to Pleasure Point, Capitola to Seascape and Sunset Beaches.

This property is located blocks from one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz. You have close access to great dining and coffee shops. The property itself is well maintained and you share a private back yard with the other rental house. We would definitely stay here again.
Property has a great location in the heart of all there is to do in Santa Cruz. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach and harbor. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Perfect for us!
The cottage was the perfect place for our Santa Cruz visit! It was very clean and had everything we needed! We loved that we could walk to the beach and had amazing meals at Aldo’s and Shadow Brook. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!
We love this property! It’s our second visit, this time in the back house. So clean and cute! The location is truly the best because it is just a couple blocks from the beach and there is a beach front coffee place close by. Will definitely stay again!
