Home is newly renovated & well maintained. Our beach home is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, along scenic 30-A., a 4 min walk to the beach and close to everything for your beach vacation. This 2 bedroom, 2-bath beach retreat is situated on the separate lower garden level of this Seagrove Beach Cabana home with your own private pool (upper owner level unoccupied during your stay).

The home is newly renovated and well maintained. The separate lower garden level living accommodations are fully furnished & equipped with all the comforts of home. Here you will find comfortable sleeping for 6, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, flat screen TV’s, full size pull out sofa sleeper in the living room (Plush top Comfort sleeper). A fully equipped kitchen, 3 Flat Screen TVs, DVD player, full size washer & dryer, covered front porch patio and porch swing along, large screened outdoor gazebo with ample outdoor seating, private pool with poolside outdoor dining area & extra seating under the beautiful large pergola arbor & the home has ample parking for 3 vehicles.

Seagrove Beach is a quiet community nestled beside the Gulf of Mexico. Located approximately 20 miles east of Destin, FL, Seagrove Beach has one of the worlds most stunning crystal white sand beaches with stunning turquoise blue to emerald green gulf waters, the location offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, seafood shops, golf cart & bike rentals, deep-sea fishing, family activities, golf courses and airports. Natural beauty abounds along scenic 30-A with miles of walking and biking trails, nature preserves, wildlife, world renowned Coastal Dune Lakes, crystal white sand beaches and breathtaking clear waters. This home is a bike ride away from Seaside, a quick walk to the beach and there are many great restaurants within walking distance. There is so much to do in the area from Farmers Markets, outdoor movie nights, live music at many local venues the options are extensive. Nice quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything! The property was really nice. The outdoor area couldn’t be beat with lots of seating and a shady pergola for lunch. The walk was so easy to the beach! It was close enough to restaurants and grocery but far enough down 30A to not feel overwhelmed with the crowds. I have recommended this property to family and friends!

My family had a wonderful time! The house was amazing and in a great area. My kids loved the pool and the quick walk to the beach. We had an issue with the internet going out but the host communicated repair updates in a very timely manner and did everything in her power to get it fixed which was much appreciated. We loved our stay here! Beds and pillows were super comfortable, tons of utensils in kitchen, pool was fabulous! Easy walk to beach. Only suggestion is that more towel bars and/or hooks needed in the stand up shower bathroom. Was tough with only one towel bar and bathing suits etc etc. Overall fantastic place and would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Anna's Cabana! The accommodations were perfect for our family of four. The location was an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, and to many of the 30A shops and eateries. We rode bikes to Seaside several times, and walked to many places as well. The location was so quiet and charming, and we really loved the private pool for end-of-day refreshing relaxation. I would recommend this location for your family's 30A destination.

This house was quaint and perfect for our family of 5. We especially loved having a private pool for when we weren’t at the beach and a screened in outdoor seating for dinners and morning coffee. Our kids are ages 6, 4, and 2 years old and the walk to the beach access was less than 10 minutes- which was very convenient. Our host was an efficient communicator and very friendly. We felt right at home here and hope to return next year!

This was our 3rd time staying here and we absolutely love it. It’s a quiet area and a quick, pleasant walk to the beach and food and shopping nearby. The private pool is icing on the cake and we love relaxing in it and on the porch swing while appreciating the landscaping. The owners have thought of everything to make the renter’s stay as pleasant and easy as possible. The kitchen is well-stocked with just about everything you might need, even plastic containers to pack sandwiches and snacks for the beach. There is a shower, hose and foot spray nozzle to help rinse off sand once you get back from the beach. This was incredibly helpful for rinsing the sand off everyone and everything when we returned home each day.

Great location and property

We stayed as a family with 3 kids under 10. There was plenty of space, even though we didn't use the pull out. We spent a lot of time in the covered area, by the pool (pool isn't heated and we had cold weather, but still able to jump in some), and in the covered porch. The beach was walkable and bike path was just down the street. We had an amazing time!

This place was AWESOME. Very Clean, only a couple blocks from BEACH, Resturants, and the ice cream shop! My husband and 2 sons (17 & 19) stayed confortable and enjoyed EVERYTHING about it. We loved staying here! The house had everything we needed! The pool, all the cooking utensil, proximity to the beach. The location of the house is the best! Right off of 30a but away from hustle and all the noise that can happen due to spring breakers. It was really quiet and peaceful. We loved how clean the entire property was. Wonderful stay (again)!!

This was our second time staying at this property. We stayed 2 years ago. Both times everything was accurate as listed. Anna is an excellent communicator and host. The house has plenty of towels and necessities to start the week. The private pool was our favorite to use after beach time and anytime in between. There are quite a few beach chairs/umbrellas to use if you forgot some or need more. We love the location and ease of walking to the beach each day. Overall a wonderful place to stay and enjoy a week of sand and sun.

Upon returning to St Louis to take care of family, our home was perfect for families visiting the beach for vacation. We welcome you to our rental unit, while we are away. I hope you enjoy the beauty of being at the beaches of 30A as much as we do.

Anna's Cabana has all beach cottage charm of 30A that you would expect to find. It's close proximity to the beach, just a short walk down the street can't be beat. Pristine beaches, so much to do in the surrounding area, yet located in a quiet neighborhood! The neighborhood & 30A is an embracing, friendly community, a perfect place for families & retirees vacationing.

What makes this property unique

This home is so unique, offering a separate living quarters on the Garden level for our rental guests, it was a must have. The cottage look, the porch swing, Gazebo in the back garden, large yard, private pool & quiet neighborhood are a beach town dream.
