A beach holiday located just off Manatee Avenue Bridge, a narrow, sun-bleached road bridge connection between the mainland and the Gulf of Mexico feels like a return to a less hurried, more innocent age. Enter an island of sand dunes and sunflowers, pine trees and sea oat fields just a block or two from your condo. The grocery store and pharmacy are a stone’s throw away. Just about everyone on the island gets around by bike, with smaller children pulled along in three-wheeled trailers. After long days playing tennis at the Sunbow Bay tennis courts, or swimming in the community heated pool, paddling kayaks in the gulf and building sandcastles, you can pedal to back to one of the friendliest most convenient spots on the island. Welcome to Sunbow Bay's ShoreThing.Take the stairs or the elevator, stop winding your watch, turn off your phone and trade your shoes for flip flops. The master bedroom has a King bed, large master shower, soaking tub, private toilet area, double sinks, large flat screen tv and a view of the bay with all the beautiful wildlife and a shared screen patio.The other three bedrooms have king beds and flat screen tv's and are newly decorated with a modern rustic design.There is one shared bath with the other 2 bedrooms on the top floor and the other bath is located on the main level next to the bedroom and easily accessible from the living/ kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen is sure the please with top of the line Thermador and Jen Air appliances and nice open plan to the living and dining area. All with a view of the bay. The dining table is custom made and seats 10. The kitchen bar has seating for 4. The large 9' sofa and 5' love seat gives plenty of room for viewing the large flat screen with sound bar, blue ray, and cable tv. There are two heated pools one with a gas grill, tennis courts, fishing dock, kayak launch and nature walking path. The beach is a mer 6 min walk and has a cafe open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with live music several nights a week. You don't need a car to go to the grocery store, you take a cart from the parking area and walk it back and up the elevator right to the kitchen. You are really in the heart of the island with plenty of pubs, restaurants and beautiful sunsets! Enjoy!

A Spring Getaway

Our stay on Holmes Beach was fabulous. The condo was centrally located. Very near the beach, a Publix, restaurants etc. Close to the bridge so easy on and off. Plenty of room, well kept. Terrific amenities such as pools, tennis/pickleball, a fishing pier. We rented a gas golf cart which made getting around the island even easier and more fun. A terrific experience and stay.

Anna Maria Island

The condo was lovely. Decor is beautiful. Modern/updated. Location was perfect as it is right on the trolley line, Publix grocery store right across the street, many shops/restaurants close by and very short walk to the beach. Pool is literally right down the steps and around the corner. Tennis courts right next to the condo. Nedra was an awesome host.

Vacation review.

Property and location were perfect. Beds were extremely comfortable and the interior decor was fashionable. Nice introduction to the West coast of Florida. We enjoyed our stay. Some issues with the cleaning service, however they were brought to the attention of the owner and were rectified in a professional and timely manner.

Post Pandemic Family Trip - Just Needed to Breathe

Sunbow - 110 was an excellent choice and the host was responsive to our needs which wasn’t much, but when we had a question they answered promptly; such a key attribute when renting a property for the first time! The condo was actually bigger than what we had anticipated and the area and beaches were beautiful. Coming off of a year of lock down this couldn’t have been a better experience for our family. I would definitely recommend this host and property again!

We have been vacationing on Anna Maria for over 15 years. We would rent every summer and enjoyed it more each time. We purchased our first home on Anna Maria about 9 years ago and then another two the next two years. We love it so much and have such a big family we wanted to share are beautiful island home's with others. We know you will enjoy as much as we do! There are very few places left that have the "Old Florida" living, and this is the best of it!
