New Listing-Location, location! North end, single level canal home ready for seasonal longer stay guests (30 day min but a full season would be preferable). The previous seasonal guest made this a winter home for over 10 years! The house is in a great area of the island that feels private and beachy. Walk to the beach, restaurants or kayak to the bay. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms cottage is easy to live in and to have guests visit. There is a screened-in porch perfect for sitting outside. From the dock, watch the manatees peacefully hanging out or the mullet fish jumping in the early evening. A well-loved tandem kayak is free for you to use.
