Sunset House -A View to Experience- Serene Location in Town.

Sunset House is located on a dead end street with little to no traffic in the town of Trinidad a short walk to everything including beaches & the Trinidad State Park . The ideal location in town with a close view of the ocean and daily gorgeous sunsets from the deck/veranda or without leaving the living room. There are trails across the street leading to the beach and State Park. Just 2/10 of a mile to the heart of town which includes a market, shops, restaurants, tennis court , wine tasting room & marine lab. Our kitchen is well equipped with everything you'd need to enjoy cooking meals & entertaining. There are 4 bedrooms which are attractive and exceptionally comfortable, two of which have a tv. This is a tri level home with 6- 8 steps between the 2 main floors. and foyer. There are 2 steps down to laundry area. The stairs have handrails. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and are also accessible from the french doors leading to the back yard. All 4 bedrooms are on the same floor which is ideal for families with children. We have a large laundry room with folding table along with wi-fi, netflix dvd/video player, a large amount of dvd/videos, a childs "pack 'n play" playpen, croquet set, plenty of games and a telescope to scan the horizon for whales.

Because of the serenity & privacy of the location it is not available for large gatherings or parties. Also visitors requiring more than 5 parking spots (please review the rental agreement for details prior to booking).
