3 Bedroom/2 Bath Victorian Style Cottage in Uptown Memphis. Built in 2006 and Remodeled in 2019. Sleeps up to 6 Guests with possible options for more. Fully furnished Kitchen. Wraparound Porch. Coded entry. Off street parking for two cars. Nicely landscaped yard. Celing Fans and Televisions equipped with Roku (Netflix and Hulu included) in Living Room and each bedroom. BLAST Xfinity Wi-Fi. Plenty of Linens, Towels, and Extra Pillows.

Location:

Uptown Memphis Neighborhood. Blocks from the St. Jude Campus. 1 mile to LeBonheur, the VA, or UT Medical. Less than a Mile to Mud Island, Bass Pro Pyramid, Cook Convention Center and the Pinch District. About 2 miles to Beale Street, FedEx Forum, Peabody Hotel, South Main Arts District, National Civil Rights Museum, Blues Foundation, Center For Southern Folklore, Belz Museum, Rock and Soul Museum, Gibson Guitar Factory, Gus's Fried Chicken, Rendezvous BBQ, and countless other sights, attractions and fantastic food and drink in the downtown area.

Just over a mile to the Crosstown Concourse and the Crosstown Arts District, Historic Evergreen, Rhodes College. Around 4 miles to the nightlife and Shopping at Overton Square and Cooper Young. Within walking distance of Bird Scooters and Rentable Bikes and Riverside Activities.
