Sunny, clean, well kept spacious home in Falmouth Heights. Easy walk to the Heights beach (half a mile), shops, restaurants, and the Island Queen ferry for traveling to Martha's Vineyard. Beautiful Cape home in terrific condition. Modern open floor plan with fireplace in living room, dining area with sliders to deck, fully equipped kitchen with a cathedral ceiling, sky lights and many windows. The first floor has a bedroom with a king sized bed, a den with a pull-out sofa, and a full bath. The second floor has two large bedrooms both with twin sized beds and one with an additional queen. Full bath. Laundry in basement. Nice back deck with a grill and large fenced in back yard. (Large front yard too.) Super house! No pets, please.

Quick stay in Falmouth

We stayed at the house for 3 nights for a wedding. The house was clean and comfortable. We were busy the whole time so we didn’t use the kitchen or the grill. The house is in a great location. Near town and a short walk to the beach. We didn’t need to contact the host but did hear from Sarah during our stay. Just a quick check in to make sure all was going well. I really appreciated that. Before arriving I received all the info needed for our stay. Check in info, house info, things to do in Falmouth. It was all very helpful. I would definitely rent this property for another stay in Falmouth.

Great house, great location

We had a wonderful week in Falmouth at this great little house. The location in Falmouth Heights offers easy access to the Falmouth Heights beach (about a half mile), and is a quick drive to a number of other beaches (Surf Drive and Quissett Harbor were two of our favorites). The house is clean and open, and has a nice layout. As the pics show, the first floor open space for the kitchen/dining room/living room area is not super large, but it is well laid out and was very functional. The bedrooms were all good sized. We had two very hot days/nights (90+) in which one of the upstairs bedrooms was really too hot for sleeping comfortably, even with the fans that were provided, but otherwise the house was perfect for our needs. The back deck and grill were terrific, as was the large and shady back yard, which was a wonderful place for late afternoon playing with our kids, after long, sunny days at the beach. The wi-fi was fast enough for streaming Netflix, and the owners allowed use of their beach chairs and a few pails and shovels for the kids. The owners were lovely and very helpful, and we would definitely stay here again. A great rental at a reasonable price.

Holiday house

This is the perfect location for walking to the beach and the ferry to Martha's Vinyard. The house was set up perfect for 3 separate couples. And our grandson had plenty of room inside and great yard outside to play. The house had everything needed for child at the beach and beach chairs for the adults. Great place very comfortable!

Family Vacation

We had a great week. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Close to everything. Owners leave a list of things to do, places to go and good restaurants. Check in and out easy. Air conditioning made it comfortable to sleep. Thanks Sarah and Mike for a great vacation.

Great location!

We loved the location and being able to walk to the beach or to the boats… it made our stay much more relaxing not having g to worry about beach parking etc… the yard was great and the kids loved playing tag in the spacious backyard! Sarah the host was very good at responding to my messages when I had any questions and was very accommodating.

Nice Cape Cod house with great location to Falmouth downtown and the beach. Owners were great.

Beautiful Cape for a family vacation. Close to beach and downtown. We did a whale watching trip and bike ride on trail from Falmouth to Woods Hole. Great owners who were very responsive.

Great Rental

We had an amazing week at this house. Extremely spacious and clean home. Lovely deck and backyard. Super close to beach and downtown. Owners were extremely accommodating and quick to respond to emails. We look forward to coming back next year!
